First up, friendly staff. Nothing beats a warm greeting on a cold day. Nothing sours it more than a grumpy clerk that wishes you hadn't interrupted their morning. Thumbs up right up.
Plenty if room to sit down with benches or chairs. Not too loud either.
Took a little while to get my latte, but when it arrived the presentation was beautiful. Nice big cup, golden colour and delicate latte art.
The coffee was the perfect temperature with good flavour and mouth feel (hey, I like my coffee!). Well worth the wait
