The service and atmosphere are commendable at The Hyde Restaurant. We ordered the pork belly entree, lamb and pistachio and fish bouillon for mains, followed by the fondant for dessert.
Would certainly order the pork belly, lamb and chocolate fondant again, however the fish bouillon was a bit too salty, over powering the broth.
Over all, would come again and will recommend to friends.
Nice vibe to the place with a good range of very tasty food. The zucchini flowers were great and i had the veal which was cooked over hot grill so had a nice charcoal flavour.
Late review - been there two years ago and became my favourite right away, the food was way to tasty as white food to me ;p

Friendly staff, good food. My partner and I dined there about half a dozen times so far. Lately, it's not clear whether it's still open for dinner or not? Pity there weren't many people on the Saturday night we went to awhile ago. The place could really use a major facelift and maybe a more aggressive online marketing campaign. Wondering whether some customers still find it hard to differentiate "Hyde" from the last restaurant "Ceru"? Although I do like the menu as it is, some reasonably priced healthy breakfast / lunch options for the health freaks working out next door in the gym could be considered?
Quiet place. Quite pricey but their slow cooked lamb is the most tender meat I've tried so far. 10/10 will order the same food again.
