Blue swimmer crab with finger lime on wasabi leaf, prawn dumplings with saltbush and butterfly pea, kingfish sashimi with flowering garlic, barramundi curry to die for, new snapper curry dressed with a million little textures that are new to the palate and the eyes.
This place should be packed every night. It is that rare, that special, *that* good.
