We’ve visited Fusion 16 once before and came this time with some other foodie friends. We enjoyed a few lovely entrees including the delicious scallops, crispy and flavoursome squid, as well as the goats cheese bruschetta topped with zucchini and tomatoes. The entrees were all super easy to share with a group. We all tried a cocktail and really enjoyed the passion fruit mojito. They do have a good cocktail list.
For the mains, we tried a lovely chicken on carrot purée with greens. The chicken was really nicely cooked and the flavours worked well together. We also shared the crab fettuccine with chilli and peas.
They have a Woodfired pizza oven, so that’s what we recommend you order. The pizzas are great! We tried their signature, the “Fusion” pizza, meatball pizza and also their special - truffle mushroom and prosciutto.
Staff were really friendly and efficient, the meal came in good time and we enjoyed our visit. We were too full for dessert, but it I’m
sure, next time, we’d keep room for dessert. They have Nutella pizza and calzone. I’m sure we’ve convinced you now.
Came here for mid-week lunch, this venue offers a large variety of Italian food and more. The seating area is quite spacious with great decor and nice lighting. They have full bar as well as coffee in terms of drinks.
We started with Spicy Salt & Pepper Calamari. Marinated in chili & garlic, we really enjoyed the flavours. Served with paprika aioli that was oh, so good!
Then we continued with wood-fired Frutti di mare pizza. Packed with mozarella, calamari, salmon and prawns, it’s a delightful seafood pizza.
The next dish was Pappardelle ragu. My favourite dish definitely went next level here. It was so good.
The highlight of all was definitely their house made Brownies. Oh my! With perfect flavours and density, it was one of the BEST brownies I’ve had lately. If you go there you have to try it.
Great food great service. We were 6 lads on a birthday dinner and Bianca (our waitress) did very well keeping us under control. Having been in service myself for 15 years we were not easy that night and she kept up her friendly professional attitude to a very high level. Thank you! Tim
This is a fantastic restaurant conveniently located near a major intersection of buses and trains, universities and shops, making it an ideal location to visit for lunch or dinner. The food is delicious and the prices are reasonable considering the portions are generous and it arrives quickly. I can't fault this restaurant. I highly recommend it.
