Nice healthy bowl with lots of salad. Had the salmon, it was very well balanced with lots of fresh vegetables and crushed nuts (or peas). Quite expensive, but was a fairly generous serving, and within expectation for a "healthy" meal
Gets really busy during work lunch hours! Had the spicy kale chicken poke bowl with brown rice - great balance of flavours and textures, the nutty edamame, kale chopped up small so you can't taste the fibrousness, plump brown rice and spicy mayo dressing. Some bits of the poached chicken was slightly dry and I don't like the taste of fried onions but added a nice crunch but would ask them to skip it next time.
This is probably the only poke place I know that’s in the CBD. I really like that you can build your own poke bowl. The servings are decent but the quality of food you’re getting is really worth it
Nudefish Poke is a chain poke store that serves a range of fresh and tasty poke bowls with the ability to choose from popular mixes as well as make your own customisable bowls. I love poke bowls so was keen to come and try out their MLC centre location for lunch one weekday. We ordered two make your own bowls, both with half brown rice and half cabbage and baby spinach base, one with tuna sashimi and citrus wasabi soy and the second with salmon sashimi and ponzu sauce. Both bowls were delicious, the sashimi was of the highest quality and so fresh and the bases were healthy and nutritious. I also enjoyed the toppings, the edamame and seaweed made for great green mix ins. Other options available were chicken, eggplant and tofu.
There was a special on Hey You with this outlet in MLC Centre for their Spicy Kale Chicken Bowl. Ordered off the app and away I went to collect my order.
Think everyone had the same idea that day for lunch as every second order seemed to be for the Chicken Bowl. Guess everyone loves a special! The server was nice and handling the orders pretty efficiently. After a short wait I got my bowl and packed with yummy chicken and pickled carrot and ginger. Flavour as pretty good and very fresh.
I loved my visit here, a perfect place to go on your work lunch break if you work at Martin Place! The food was healthy and delicious and I could see other people watching me as I ate my meal, wondering where I got the food from! Definitely worth a visit especially for those on a diet! 😂
This place is our go to for a nice, tasty & healthy lunch!
There are pre made bowls as well as the option to make your own. We love that the seafood here is always fresh!
To top it, the Poké bowls are made so quickly & the service here is incredible!
Also, definitely have the charcoal lemonade - it will go perfect with your bowl ;)
Went for a visit on a weekday and by the time it was lunch time Nudefish poke was packed! we saw several people coming out with poke bowls
we got a salmon and tuna poke bowl each and they were absolutely delicious, big chunks of fresh ingredients. you can either get a salad base or brown rice. the bowls are very healthy and yummy. serving with average on size you will be full after you finish your bowl. they serve wonderful kombucha and we highly recommend the watermelon flavour
i love poke bowls so i would come back and spend my money here
*we were kindly invited
Poke bowls and kombucha are all the rage and Nudefish offers up both. Their new location in MLC is perfect to grab a healthy lunch on the go in the CBD. You can choose from a preselected range of pokes or be adventurous and create your own from scratch! These poke bowls are filling and a small was more than enough for a lunch time fix. Give the miso eggplant poke a try!

With Hawaiian poké all the rage across Sydney’s cafes, restaurants and bars, it was only a matter of time before a dedicated fast-casual poké chain emerged. That chain is called Nudefish, and I recently visited their outlet in the MLC Centre. As far as food trends go, poké is actually a good one. It’s light, fresh and climate-appropriate for Australia, suiting our beach culture just as it suits that of the Hawaiian people. Poké has been around in Hawaii in the present form since the 1970s; but the dish started its meteoric rise in popularity in the last five or six years. The increase in popularity widened out the seasonings, which started as native Hawaiian ones – seaweed, roasted, ground kukui nut and Hawaiian salt – then grew to being more heavily influenced by Japan and other Asian cuisines. While soy sauce, sesame oil, green onions, dried or fresh chilli, seaweed, fish roe and wasabi are all now common seasonings, in recent times you can expect to find everything from avocado to kimchi, sriracha to crisp fried onions, and coriander to pineapple thrown in. Nudefish is no exception to...
Very fresh ingredients. They probably have the best toppings selections for Poke in town.
I love that all their toppings are well seasoned, not just chopped up and all. Plus they all go along very well together.
The miso eggplant and marinated mushrooms are my fave toppings to go!

There’s a reason why poke bowls are trending worldwide. Office workers are ravenous around lunch time and looking for a filling meal that won’t compromise on flavour or nutrition. The poké bowl ticks all these boxes. The base of brown rice, rice noodle salad, cabbage & baby spinach and/or zucchini noodles offers enough carbohydrates to fill you up. The flavours pack a punch, as the folks at Nudefish generously drizzle these bowls with their array of Japanese inspired sauces. Finally, these bowls are highly nutritious — given the plentiful medley of fresh vegetables mixed with the sashimi, chicken or eggplant. Starting at $14, these bowls will keep you very satisfied throughout the rest of your day in the office.
I love the Nudefish build your own bowl. There's lots of options and the small size is a perfect serve
I would say that the wait can sometimes be a bit long so give yourself some time when ordering, or use the Ritual app on your way over
Tried the tuna and salmon bowls. Both were pretty flavourful and nutritious. Only downside is that the portion of fish is very small - would recommend adding extra but that brings the cost up a bit too much for a regular lunch.
Quick Tasty lunch option, very "clean" tasting though. Could use some seasoning and teriyaki sauce could also be improved with a touch of sugar. However I understand why they've gone with this flavour palette. Will appeal to the very health conscious.
Bonus about this place is that it has its own seating where all the other food options don't. Definitely helps if you're in a rush or in a group and can't find seating.
