Located in the Tramsheds precinct. It situated in the front with multi level seating and an outdoor seating area. Service was lovely as immediately greeted upon entry and handed a menu on entry. Water was brought to the table.

The coffee is by Little Marionette. The blend is lovely and our Cappuccino and Mocha has nice art on it.

The crepes on offer were both of the sweet and savoury varieties. The savoury ones were made with buckwheat. The Garçon Special Crepe was filled with chicken, mushroom, avocado, corn, spinach, mozzarella, and mayo sauce. It was a nice combination and generous in filling without overwhelming it. The Apple Crumble Crepe is definitely for the sweet tooth. Filled with caramelised apple, it was topped with vanilla ice cream, crumble, caramel sauce, and cream. It definitely reminded you of apple crumble!

Food wise it’s impressive. My missus lamb was full of flavour. My vege burger was better than a lot of other places. My missus tried the mussels and was impressed. Service is friendly and accommodating as we were outdoor and they put up the shade for us. My main gripe is the long wait for the food and it feels squishy. Overall I enjoyed my time here

A place that takes you to Paris with the atmosphere. Ordered the dust bakery toast with slow cooked salmon and scrambled eggs. Has to be the best scrambled eggs in the area. Girlfriend ordered the Chia and Black rice pudding which was very refreshing.

I had serious menu indecision, there were a lot of good choices for a tight breakfast menu. I settled on the poached salmon with scrambled eggs, which was yum, especially with the pops of acid from the green tomato pickle. Of corse, the silver fox won again with his choice - the fried eggs with yogurt and hsrissa. Really good coffee, good service and a top location at the Tramsheds entrance. The only downside was we came back after a wander around for a takeaway coffee and they were scalding hot to the point of almost burnt and unpleasant.

First time I've heard of macadamia milk so i ordered for a flat white with it. It was surprisingly good. My partner ordered for their chia pudding with black rice. He gave it four stars. He said that the mix of fruits with the pudding was great.
They serve the dusk sourdoughs (bakery/cafe from the same place) which i always liked but their fruit preserves made it better being not too sugary. Would definitely come back

Tiny little café in the super cool Tramsheds with some comfy seating inside or dinner outside if you want the sunshine or have your dog with you. The Little Marionette coffee it's strong and smooth. The seafood chowder ($14.50) was smoky and wholesome with nice chunks of ham and fish topped with mussels. The poached salmon and creamy scrambled eggs on a slice of bread with some sea vegetable ($17.50) was delicious. Recommended as a brunch spot or nice lunch with friends.

In Short: Garcon brings a little bit of Paris to Forest Lodge. Seafood chowder is a stand-out dish and coffee is of the highest standard.

Oh boy, have i got a review for you. Garçon is housed in the ‘old is new’ Rozelle Tramway Depot. I recall visiting the tramsheds before its redevelopment. For photographers, it was once a hidden gem and for deviants, it was a retreat for all kinds of mischief. Now though, it’s a polished, refined food hub that caters to the young crowd that call the area home. Oh by the way, for those of you slow on the uptake, Garçon is French for boy or sometimes waiter. Garcon has a prime location, and you can’t miss it as you drive or walk into the Tramsheds.

Impromptu decision to have breakfast here after our early weekly market visit. We were on our way home when hubs said let's go to check out the Tramsheds.

I absolutely loved the avo with a twist: avocado and soft eggs on Dust Bakery sourdough with finely grated cheese all over the top, togarashi, and feta.

Hubs equally loved the poached salmon with scrambled eggs and pickled green tomato.

Coffee is my Little Marionette which is a fave of mine, and one you don't see that often in cafes from my experience; or perhaps not in the areas I usually frequent.

Now to the space itself. Love the decor however it was incredibly cold even with the little Dyson heater at my feet, and the complementary blankets.

The tables are too high or the big step seating area on either side of the area behind the front bar is too low and it is impossible to sit on them and use the table.

Other than that loved place and I would definitely come back to try the crumpets

Such a lovely quaint spot. You definitely feel removed from the hustle of Sydney. I enjoy the large island kitchen and the light wood interior. There isn't a lot of seating. The coffee was probably the best I have had in Sydney. Smooth, strong, hot and creamy. I chose the chia and black rice pudding and it was beautiful. So light and fresh and just the right amount of sweetness. My friend had the Avi and eggs on toast which looked delicious. I would come back, especially to try the crumpets ;) Staff were super friendly!

Our breakfast was lovely. Staff are very friendly even thought the venue was busy. Our food and drinks came fast and it was delicious 😊 QR code order system is also so helpful. It’s great to have time to calmly read the menu before ordering

One of my favourite crepe places in Sydney!! Located in the tramsheds, garcon is a French cafe and restaurant that serves brunch dishes as well as crepes. The interior is beautifully decorated and there is also an upstairs seating area with great views. The staff is very friendly as well. Definitely recommend the apple cinnamon crepe and the signature savoury crepe with chicken breast and mushroom. So filling and fulfilling too.

Great atmosphere and simple to use QR based ordering system. Coffee was excellent, the kids loved the tropical smoothie too. Tried the mushroom crepe and the lemon crepe which were freshly made, generously filled and absolutely delicious. Will definitely be back.

Very friendly staff and nice ambience. We sat on the top mezzanine level and it was quite a nice view of the venue. Pretty good food. My only negative feedback would be that we waited quite a while for our food but we were politely warned and the coffees did arrive quick. We ordered the Shakshuka and the Croque Madame. I would have liked the cheese on my Croque Madame to have been more melted. Happy to come back here again.

Came here for lunch and a colleague and I got seated in the upper level space where the view of the central open kitchen and other seats below feels like watching a live action of Restaurant Dash or similar. Bustling and bright. The lunch menu was relatively more costly with respect to portion sizes and on a busy day, service can take some time considering how popular this cafe is. The Shakshuka came in a mini iron pan with two (small and thin) slices of bread, which felt a little improportionate for the amount of tanginess in the sauce. Thicker slices of bread would go better with the lovely poached eggs. 🥘

Great food and ambiance! I definitely recommend the Berry French Toast, it was fluffy and so tasty. We also had the chicken & corn chowder, which was a generous portion and good for the chilly weather. We finished it off with an apple crumble crepe which was amazing. All these accompanied with a “Jane the Queen” tea and a cappuccino, it was a great experience (+ loves that we could come with our dog!). Would definitely come back!

My table was a bit damp from some morning rain and was wiped down as soon as I asked. Coffee 3/4 latte today was lovely. I ordered the crumpets which were very filling. Annie Lennox playing in the background… walking on broken glass ;)
