I COULD NOT GIVE DING HAO ENOUGH STARS.IT WAS OUR FIRST TIME THERE UNDER NEW OWNERS ON MONDAY NIGHT,WE WERE GREETED BY ALEX AT THE DOOR WHO AFTER SHOWING US TO OUR TABLE EXPLAINED THE FOOD AND THE STYLE OF COOKING THEY DO.THE WAITER RICKY TOOK OVER THEN AND ALL NIGH IT WAS SERVICE WITH A SMILE.THE FOOD WAS EXCELLENT .ALL UP THE FOOD AND SERVICE IS THE BEST IN THE SHIRE.IF YOU LIKE GREAT FOOD AND SERVICE CHECK DING HAO OUT.WE WILL BE BACK....

I am so impressed. First time patron. I'd had such a big day and a takeout was just the ticket. Tofu and Vegg Stir-fry and fried rice. What was so meaningful for me is the care they took in making it Vegan for me. And the taste? YAAAAARMBO. Thank you so very much
