I’ll give you a heads up, Love Dem Apples are not cheap – yet all the apples were sampled are of excellent quality. Each one is coated in soft house-made caramel and then dipped in a range of tantalising sweets, simple but very good. Custom apples will set you back at least $12 each – it sounds like a lot but this is after all Sydney. Factor in overheads like rent, running costs, transport and it’s more understandable. Had the Halloween apple covered in caramel and sprinkles and didn't expect to like it. I thought, "An apple covered in sprinkles. Whatever." I shared it with my boyfriend. After the first bite, we thought "strange" but kept eating...and eating... and disappointingly, it was suddenly all gone. It definitely grows on you. I don't know how to describe it except as interesting. Delightfully interesting.
The only negative thing is the stick it was on broke off halfway. The green apple inside was crunchy and fresh even after three days in the fridge, and was the perfect size to balance the caramel and sprinkle coating. Eating it was actually really fun. We really want to check out their other apple goodies now! 🍎🍏
Tried a love dem apples Halloween toffee apple and it was a flashback to my childhood of eating toffee apples. These are much prettier, tastier and much easier to eat. Definitely great for a party or a present for a friend with a sweet tooth.
Hidden little gem. The Rocky Road was a hit in the household. Fresh crispy apple dipped in caramel then covered in nuts, marshmallow and chocolate- pretty hard to go wrong. Superb!
Gourmet Gumbo also added warm custard to the caramel apple. The custard complemented the chocolate and apple nicely given its warm and slightly creamy texture. Would definitely recommend adding the complimentary side.
So many flavours!. They can chop it up for you or keep it in the stock wrapped up for later! Try bueno
Not so sinful treat!!. Walking past the candles apples on a stick display, its hard to pick just one. Yes they're slightly pricey, but we bought one apple to share and it was just right. They offer to cut your apples up for you which comes in really handy as it almost a like a snack, slices of apples covered with the yummiest topping you can think of. The caramel is absolutely beautiful, buttery, rich without being sickeningly sweet and complemented perfectly with the tartness and crunchiness of the apple. The fact that you're eating mostly fruit as well, almost makes it seem like an more than OK dessert to have. Love this, and highly recommend it to anyone!!! will most likely buy as gifts for friends too

Have been enjoying Love Dem Apples "special" apples for years. Sometimes I can't believe more people don't know about them - everyone who tries one loves it. They are great for parties, dinner, anything. A great catch-all desert/treat that everyone will like... and they're apples, so they're healthy!!
