One of my favourite local lunch/brunch spots. I always love coming here because I feel so welcomed and the food is always on point. Three of my favourites on the menu is the pork katsu sando, grilled chicken bowl or the prettiest thing you’ll put in your mouth, rice poke bowl with soy – lime cured tuna. Bring a friend or just come down for a fantastic feed.
Great service, and staff clearly knows his stuff when it comes to food pairing! I was pleasantly surprised by how awesome a simple sandwich tasted. I ordered the curry egg sandwich and added bacon (which they told me was the BEST way to eat it), it was amazing! It was a Friday so I splurged and added a juice to it too (pricey @ $8) and they recommended to pair my sandwich choice with the green apple & shiso juice. Total cost was $18 but well worth it. Will definitely be back! (I heard they ramen is a hidden gem so will be sure to try it out next time!)
A sleek cafe/brunch located near central station serving delightful morsels of pork sandos. The brisket bowl was a nice offering with its brisket melting nicely and combines nicely with the other ingredients. Bit small but it is what it is. Would prob come back
5/5 dining experience!
Place:
cozy, decoration is simple minimalist, love the ambience and warm welcome with funky “if I ruled the world” by Nas playing on the back ground!
Service:
one of the best we’ve received in a long time in cafe industry. Trust me, this Iris born Australian ( which I assume manager ) is knowledges about flavour, and detailed about food and drink that he is selling!
Food&Drink :
Start by Picollo from little marionette, one of the best in the industry, small boutique coffee roster that producing a really good blend of coffee beans.
Smoked honey and yuzu is something different, nice and refreshing, I think its going so well with side dish mushroom that we ordered.
Banana bread, sliced thicker than usual banana bread offer in cafes out there.
Moist, toasted nicely served with dollop of whipped whiskey and cacao butter. 👍
Pork Katsu Sando to me is good, served with delicious apple Fennel slaw, mustard mayo and tonkatsu sauce.
My personal opinion fresh white sandwich bread, soaking all the sauce and become too wet, I prefer have a baguette or different type of bread.
Side Dishes:
Mushroom was delicious!
Tempura corn was addictive good food!
Recommend.
We ordered 2 sandos and coffee for takeaway to have a picnic at nearby park. The Pork Katsu was so thick and juicy and was my pick out of the 2. My partner preferred the Chicken Katsu sando because he loved the curry sauce which I agree was delicious. I think we’d try to dine in next time as the plastic lids on the boxes made the bread quite soggy. Looking to forward to our next visit!

I had shoyu ramen and late.
Shoyu ramen was nice and delicious. I love it. Late was good as well. I find ramen match coffee unexpectedly.

The atmosphere was cozy and staffs were kind. I had sandwich and late. The sandwich was fresh, the late was delicious and had beautiful late art. This Cafe is on my way, I will come again.
Trendy Japanese influenced cafe. Friendly staff and tasty sandwich - the pork katsu was generous and laced with umami flavour. Can’t wait to go back and explore he menu!
Delicious brunch spot. Great katsu sandwich (generous proportion with the katsu itself). Tried the curry croissant and that was such a delight also got the tempura corn which was great. Will be back for sure!
Love, love love this little Japanese inspired cafe. It’s a must try if you like fried pork cutlet sandwich. Their Pork katsu sando was insanely good. The succulent pork loin was fried to crisp perfection and still tender & moist, sandwiched between slices of soft white bread. The tangy slaw was perfect to cut the mild greasiness of the pork. 🤩
Their other food was also tasty. Grilled tender chicken thighs in their Grilled chicken rice bowl with a runny yolk egg was beautiful. The rice was flavoursome with all the seasoning, herbs & mayo. 😃
I’ve never tried savoury croissant, when I saw their curry croissant in the display cabinet I was eager to try. It did not disappoint. They heated it up so the croissant was flaky & crispy. It tasted similar to the Malaysian curry puff. A classic flavour and it was delicious. 😋
Friendly staff, great hospitality, will definitely return. 😀
Absolutely love the food here! The pork katsu sando was so juicy and the lotus chips that went with it were very moreish. The ramen was light but had good flavours and the chicken served with it was so delicious and juicy, could not get enough! French toast is quite different but the flavours work well together. Overall, amazing food and very friendly service! Will definitely be back to try their other items
