got 2 vegan salads, a mexican bean one and a falafel salad. the falafels didnt taste the best but their stuff is such good value and super filling
Dropped by the Food court today and gotta say the Gourmet Beef Salad is pretty good. On a bed of broccoli and beans this is a definite sure winner for the health conscious fitness junkie. For me - it's all about the crunch of the french bread into the crumbed schnitzel with the mayo moisteners against the leafy greens and you can find this in their CHICKEN SCHNITZEL BAGUETTE!!!! Food Court's are awesome! Your food's ready before you've even finished ordering it at the counter! Ok wait times just before peak lunch hour!
Enjoyed a really good cup of cappuccino here, with fast and friendly service and no extra charge for my shot of honey. Cheers team! The salads looked pretty special too!
The salads and rolls in the cabinets look fresh and inviting. A massive range of salads to be had, my original choice of salad was not available but I was not disappointed with my choices of Chicken Pesto Penne Salad and Chicken & Smokey Chorizo Salad. Both had lots of flavour and tasted really good. I would definitely come back here to try some of their other salads.
Decent and tasty salad bar. Got the chicken pesto penne. Full of flavour and decent amount of chicken. They sell miniature sized drinks though which is quite cheeky. Would eat here again though

The Top Line: Great option for lunch if you’re working in the city. It’s healthy, delicious, quick, fresh, uber filling… and that is how I justify the price! It’s not like eating salad at all .. if you pick the right ones! There is always a line here and the salads will begin to disappear after 2pm.
The way to a Sydneysider's heart is through their coffee, and Soul Origin definitely plucked a few heartstrings with their opening day offer of free coffee for all. Even better the coffee is sensory lab! This has become one of my morning coffee stops, the coffee is generally well made particularly if the girl barista is on. They also do a good range of toasties, wraps and salad.
