If anyone reads my reviews regularly, they’ll know that I love latte art. I love it. Coffee in Australia is generally great. Coffee in Sydney is generally superb (I’d guess it is in all capital cities). Because the quality is so high, I find it disappointing not to get latte art. It’s not just that it amuses and delights me. It’s that when someone is good at latte art, they’re guaranteed to also make a great coffee. And 2.0 Coffee Co delivered in spades. Hurrah. There were reasons that the coffee might not be as good as it was. Movie sequels can be hit or miss, so the 2.0 name made me wonder. I’m also not totally sold on the menu on the TV screen, though it is easy to read, and people were engaging with it.

A cute, little cafe near Hyde Park. Friendly staff and cozy vibe, won't feel embarrassed even if u come alone. The menu doesn't have a lot choice, so it's much easier to make a choice.
I chose a plain croissant with a soy flat white. The soy milk is not too sweet and balanced well with the strong espresso. I have to mention the croissant. It's soft inside and got a nice butter aroma. Because some cafe their plain croissant is really plain.
Start a day with satisfying food, what a joy.

Always great coffee. Nice service, cute little cafe with a good selection of little cakes and pastries. No where around makes better coffee. Lovely place to hang out and relax!

This place is an unassuming shopfront on Spencer Street, Darlinghurst. The menu here is not very large and definitely skews more to the healthier options. We all grabbed the bigger breakfast that comes with 3 options of your choice. We went with bacon, salmon and avocado on wholemeal bread. Very filling and at $18 was a decent breakfast I thought. The coffee here was good and there were definitely plenty of people grabbing take away while we were there. I would not go past the green detox juice here though - light and refreshing, it works with a coffee and the breakfast. A nice little find the other day and if I find myself back that way I would definitely stop in again.

This place is so good for coffee! I didn't eat here, but they do have brunch options. I went due to Simon Food Favourites amazing coffee pics! The lady is super good at latte art and I got a panda! She also made an excellent bird. The coffee is pretty good too.

This place used to be Third Village Coffee which I remember made a great protein porridge. With a name like 2.0 Coffee Co you'd expect these guys to do a good coffee and thankfully they did. I found the Cappuccino ($3.50) with house blend very good with good strength of flavour and the notes I like in a coffee. Hot chocolate ($3.50) for Miss 4 year had some cool bear latte art. She loved this. Babyccino ($1) was very nicely presented and mostly froth as hoped for Miss 1 year old. Would be better if served in a paper cup though to be safer in the hands of a 1 year old. Scrambled eggs and toast with tomato ($12.90) was a decent size and yummy. The tomato could have benefitted from being roasted for longer to make it more sweeter and caramelised. I'm never a fan of dishes that are served in a bowl-like plate when you need to eat them with a knife and fork. Just makes it harder to eat. Service was very friendly and welcoming. Parking in the area is a bit challenge to find at the best of times.

I was very surprised with the scrambled eggs. They were delicious. I asked for my regular poached eggs, but was told there was only scrambled or fries available. Hopefully someday they will have poached eggs. Apart from that, service is good, but staff could do with some smiling from time to time. Coffee was very good, 8/10. I like seeing the barista cleaning the machine regularly. Good to see.

Absolutely great cafe with friendly workers and nice atmosphere. Their breakfast (fresh tomato & avocado on toast) and flat white were delicious! I'd absolutely recommend this place to anyone passing through the neighborhood!

Great Spaghetti puttanesca today. Would put many Italian restaurants to shame. Al dente and the authentic recipe. Their Soups and Salads are also great.

I absolutely love this coffee shop to bits! Not only is it's name super catchy but the staff are super sweet! Their food options are great too! I had this haloumi wrap which was really nicely grilled and it just about melted in my mouth! Their hot chocolate with almond milk is great too! I come here as often as I can when I'm in Sydney and near Darlinghurst! ×

Nicest people on earth, very easy going. Prices are affordable, the food is great and their coffee always on spot. It’s a very neighbourhood cafe as most people living in Darlinghurst meet there in the morning during brunch.

The best little coffee shop in Darlinghurst! The owners are lovely and the coffee is consistently good. If you can, make sure you support this great wee spot during these times by getting take-out :)

Very modest place with really nice food. Avocado toast are beautiful, affordable price and consistently the best avocado toast of the neighbourhood. Got some pancakes this morning for 15$, see for yourself whether they are worth it.
