A small homey Cantonese restaurant a minute's walk from Revesby station. They do seafood as well as 小炒 (stir fried dishes) - quite well and at a much more affordable price than the seafood restaurants in Beverly Hills (which, to be honest, can still be hit-or-miss despite the dear prices).

We got the crab vermicelli clay pot 金沙粉丝蟹煲 (1kg at market price of $44.8 per half kg). Vermicelli was cooked just right (with some bite), and was flavoursome but not overly salty; dry and not soggy. The crab meat was fresh and sweet. We usually order this when we go out because it's not something we can make at home.

Stir-fried wagyu beef cubes 烧汁和牛粒 ($22.8) were a perfect level of charred on the outside while being pink in the middle; super tender and soft beef tossed in a sweet "BBQ" sauce. We thought it was a bargain for $22.8.

Young spinach with 3 types of eggs 金银蛋浸菜苗 ($16.8) was OK, nothing special - basically spinach egg drop soup with chicken egg, salted duck egg and century egg. We ordered it as the veggie dish to "balance out" the rest of our meat dishes, and it served its purpose, but it isn't something we would order again.

The pig stomach hotpot with salted mustard 咸菜猪肚煲 ($19.8) was decent as well. It's a traditional Hokkien dish - aside from pig stomach, there were also pork ribs/cartilage in there, which had been stewed to a good tenderness. And a trademark of the dish is that the soup is very peppery - makes a good belly warmer for a cold winter's night (or early spring night, in this case).

Complimentary dessert was guilinggao 龟苓膏 (tortoiseshell jelly) - which was a little different from the usual and I liked it - and also the standard plate of sliced oranges.

All up, it was a satisfying dinner and we wouldn't mind coming back again.
