Great city cafe with a unique personality. The food selection is great and incredibly tasty. Highly recommend the burgers, as well as the roast beef sandwiches, absolutely delicious. Also the ham & cheese croissant (with hash brown) is amazing!
Besides the great food & Mecca coffee, the owners are incredibly friendly, setting up a great, relaxed atmosphere.

They have some great burgers here - delicious and with a punch of flavours. We had the in n out burger and the Harlem fried chicken burger. Coffee had a hint of cocoa taste, very interesting and brings an extra something into the coffee. The guys there were sooo nice. High recommended!
Probably the best 15 bucks spent..the service was great and the burger was heaven. I ordered the in and out burger (minus the lettuce and adding pickles and onion..tastes amazing).
I really love Billy's. The coffee is great. The Rosewater Bircher is delicious if you want your healthy breakfast but the burger and donuts for lunch are amazing.
The customer service is amazing. The brothers are charismatic and make the morning grind a little more bearable.
I always leave with a smile on my face and amazing coffee.

Billy's Cafe is BRILLIANT! Just had the breakfast burger omelette T/A which is so tasty on a Brioche bun with rocket leaves, smashed beetroot, bacon, herb seasoned omelette and special sauce. Absolutely mouth watering and I will be definitely come back for.
They also make delicious nutty to smooth coffee with eco friendly T/A cups that even the lids are made from seaweed. Even better you can bring your own Coffee mug and they will give you $0.50 off the price, which all adds up. Love it! So forward thinking and found my new local ;)
Billy’s cafe has a great happening vibe where everyone feels at home. You feel valued as a customer even if it’s a quick takeaway. The best tasting coffee and I can confidently say their chai and hot chocolate are unique with real flavours and are super delicious!! I enjoy every visit to Billy’s cafe whether it’s morning coffee or midday pick me up!! :)
As a lover of coffee and simple yet indulgent breakfast foods in Sydney you're doing yourself a disservice if you do not immediately go here... yes drop everything and go have a coffee and a snack right now! Have a meeting?.. just don't show up, running late for work? Just be later! Simple. It's that good. They're also open early on a Saturday. Possibly the only good place in the city that cares enough to cater to people who work early on a Saturday. Enough said... Now GO!
