We are spoiled in Sydney. Most food is good. Even at the food court. We might be able to thank Asia for that, indeed this was not the culture growing up in the 80s. The food court was a sad place: old folk and mallrats.
Perfect for if you want a quick Indian curry meal. It's not high-end restaurant quality but really what can you expect from a ready-serve food court Indian outlet. Their samosas are crispy yet so moist and flavourful on the inside. Their butter chicken hits the spot!
Got a plate of lentil dahl and vegetable korma with a papadum and naan bread for $10. Everything was delicious, and as someone who loves Indian food but can't handle anything too spicy - the two dishes I chose had the perfect level of mild spice. The flavours were rich and the serving size was generous - would definitely return.
An Indian stall at Central Park's food court! I was immediately struck by a sense of deja vu!
I wasn't too hungry, so I just went for a single vegetable Samosa, which was served with mint chutney. It was pretty good, and I was instantly reminded of my days in India!
Being in the food court, it does have ample seating. The price, I felt was slightly high, at $2.50 for 1 samosa. I would still want to try out their other dishes sometimes, though.

Favourite indian place ever! Great little lady who is sweet and patient, and recommends great food too! You get little freebies as an added bonus, usually at $10 per person. The food is always good here and I've been here so many times! Best for curry of all kinds.
Bombay Central is my go to food court stop when I’m craving some yummy Indian. They have a range of curries on offer and a great deal: two curries, rice, and a pappadam for $10. You can also get a naan and a soft drink for $3.
Today I wasn’t feeling too hungry, so just got one curry (classic butter chicken) with rice and a naan for $10.50.
The butter chicken was super delicious with nice chunks of tender chicken and a rich, sweet sauce. The rice was a nice bed for the curry and the naan was large enough and tasty.
The serving size was fair for the price, could have been slightly more generous (less rice more curry).
