5/5 for these guys! I work nearby and go here at least once a week. They have a variety of things to choose from and no matter what I’ve picked, I’ve always loved it! The soups are really good as well. They’re also priced very reasonably!
Love the salads and the soup. Very healthy, a lot of choices, taste excellent, and good location. I had a good time and enjoyed them today. Will come back again soon !
Limited and a good menu. Salads and breads were fresh AF. Customisation of salads is the best option to go for although stock market salads are always damn crazy. Fresh breads and roasted oven soup is to die for..
Great tasting and super customisable salads! I basically just put all of the cheeses in and added chicken, pumpkin, tomato and egg with Thai dressing 😂 So filling, especially since it comes with your choice of bread! Lines are long but moves really quickly.
Got the chicken and corn chowder recently, the soups come as two sizes with your choice of two free addons like cheese and croutons. Was perfect in this cold weather 👍🏻

I have so much love for this place. Finally satisfied my six year craving.
There is a Stock Market at UNSW which is where I had my first taste (back then I would without fail get the thai chicken with cos lettuce), and I would randomly get cravings for their salads just out of the blue. And then I would seriously consider travelling all the way to the uni just to get it. It was a salad. I felt this way about a salad, which I quite dislike eating if not an accompanying side. But Stock Market salads are very different to whatever else is on the market.
It was meant to be when I found out there was one located in the CBD and not too far from my work!! I had to go back. Being quite out of touch with the whole place, I couldn’t remember the serving sizes. And because salad is never meant for filling anyone up, I decided to get a large and one soup to share.
I was FULL. Very, very full. Although I did have the soup to help, the salad itself is also very satisfying. It’s all quite simple too. Choose a size (regular or large) and base (mixed leaves or cos lettuce) then go crazy and choose 7 ingredients and then add anything extra if you would like! They have their own designs/suggestions as well if you can’t be bothered picking and choosing ingredients. And then you choose the dressing, and I think this is where they have my heart. The thai dressing works with everything. It wasn’t just the chicken salad that I religiously ordered all those years ago. I chose the dressing again recently for my DIY salad and it was AMAZING. Will go back, without a doubt.
Also tried the oven roasted vegetable soup and it was hearty, warming, and delicious. Everything you want in a soup.
Just too much to love. Too much.

I had the Jamaican JERK CHICKEN SALAD, it comes with your choice of multigrain, dark rye or white break (same with all soups) and the 24oz Regular sized serving is such a generous portion. The mix of leafy greens are so crisp and full of Aussie freshness like a symphony in your mouth with the crunch from the cucumber and peanut followed by the watery explosions of sweet tomato that tango with the velvetty Caesar dressing in a soft crescendo of spanish onion, parsley and carefully weaved in Fetta throughout! And that's just the opener! The perfectly cooked chicken breast has been dressed in African flavour, grilled I think and adds that richness that make this meal so filling!
The service is second to none and led by the passionate Sebastien taking great care and attention to every person who walks into his store. This place is for the health conscious and promotes Australian local farming sourcing the freshest ingredients daily! I definitely will come back for the soup - 10 varieties, home made, 6 gluten free options & 2 vegetarian! I'm told the vegetables are run through a stringent 3 stage washing process before prep, with the menu curated by a professionally qualified team of chefs presenting a designer range of soups and salads!

To build your own you choose your preferred leaf base, container size, choice of protein and then extras. The choices you can add into your salad are endless, all of which are super fresh and displayed beautifully.
I created my own chicken salad and what I loved was the amount of chicken I received and how well it was cooked.. something that a lot of salad bars fail to get right. I also noticed that they do fresh soup daily, with a variety of different flavours and you receive a generous serve for a reasonable price.. I look forward to returning and giving it a try!

Stockmarket is great for a fresh and quick lunch. No preservatives or nasties here. The salads look amazing. I tried the mulligatawny, minestrone and clam chowder.
I love the concept of this place, it's fast, easy and the salad options are amazing with options such as jerk chicken or pork belly. I went with the suggested jerk chicken salad. Though I could've used a bit more chicken & less salads, the serving size was huge & definitely enough to satisfy.
Jerk chicken salad. I'll be honest, I'm not usually much of a salad eater, I think it should be kept to rabbits and vegans. This, however, I could get used to. Delicious, healthy, and fast! Each salad (or soup) comes with your choice of one of three types of bread. If you like options, and designing a meal to your own tastes, check this out! (Though Sebastien's suggestions are pretty spot on).
I love this place especially during the cold winter when I don’t want to eat too much for lunch but want something warm. I just get a soup and it comes with 2 free toppings (choose pasta if you’re hungry) and also comes with free bread. Highly recommend the chicken soup super hearty
I had the one of the salad suggestions, pumpkin salad and it was really good and I was amazed at how affordable it was too! I’m keen to try the soups next.

Great concept of salad bar. Choose your own salad base, then add 7 ingredients and optional meat, and a dressing of your choice. The balsamic vinegarette and added chilli flakes is the bomb. The salad is very reasonably priced - If I remember correctly, $8.90 for regular sized, add $2 or more for meat/other extras. Used to eat here very frequently!
Always excellent salads made quickly. You need to know the system going in - pick your leaves, then either go for a pre-designed salad or pick your meat + 7 ingredients + dressing.
Delicious, get there before 12 to avoid the queue.
