I ordered a chicken schnitzel sandwich with multigrain Vienna. It came with lettuce, tomatoes and peri peri mayo. The chicken was generous and juicy and the bread was super soft. I was left feeling very full even though I initially thought it looked like a small sandwich.

I opted for making my own salad, which is $10-15 depending on what you get. Substantial size salad. Should be more of each ingredient. But the protein serve was good.
Ordered their chicken burger once and it was pretty dry. The southern style chicken and chips box however is good value for money for $10 if you aren't too hungry.
Located in the canteen under Barangaroo tower 2, Silverbeet offers a range of salads, wraps, rolls. I tend to get their large premade salad for $12 (displayed on the side). The lemongrass beef in particular is amazing.
A new store in 'The Canteen' located at Barangaroo. Fresh salads and sandwiches made to order, with a design your own option available. What I like about this place though is the breakfast boxes they offer - simple cafe-style, brunchesque style meals! The breakfast boxes were delicious and quite generous with the servings. I got 3 poached eggs in the salmon box - awesome!
The salad here is fresh and very generous. When I received my salad, I was surprised at how heavy it was. And for only $10, it's really good value. You can also choose to make your own salad as well. Definitely will be back to try the other salads on their menu.
This is my favorite salad bar in the city. Quality of options, huge portions and such good value. Service is always warm and friendly.
Came on Tuesday lunch, welcome by friendly staffs and great customer service, they always smiley. Busy place but it’s worth to wait. Nice coffee and good quality of salads, they have a wide variety of salads, good portions, good price. Highly recommended

I like to order lunch at the salad/grill end of this shop. The staff are friendly and the salmon, pork have been lovely - as was the chicken, avocado salad. The combo for meat and one side was reasonably priced for Barangaroo at $12. It gets busy at lunch times, so try and be there at 12 to beat the crowds.

a warm and friendly welcome with fantastic customer service from the staff. They have too many choice of salad but I do tried their new salad called Salmon Avocado salad, It's was absolutely perfect. would definitely recommend.
They have a good range of salads here, I particularly like the seafood salad which is better than the one at the fish shop. Their Mediterranean chicken is delicious, and a medium size box is a big meal. Smoothies are pretty good. Service is pretty quick even with the long lines.
