Overall verdict: great atmosphere, nice open feel and very attentive staff. My friend and I had a very lovely brunch experience. Side note: The best cafés, in my opinion, allow customisation — I was able to get a juice with exactly the ingredients I wanted (mango, orange & pineapple) and there are many add-ons to choose from.

The bacon and egg is unreal. I added a hash brown (though you don't need to). I want to know where the bread is from because my goodness, that is deliciously chewy and soft! Highly recommend.

Good food and people. I have had all sorts of things like coffees, juices, breakfast and burgers from them over the years and never had a bad experience. Highly recommend for anyone in Pyrmont.
