Wow!! Nicest man in the whole world. His wife, lovely too. Fantastic food. Fresh, delicious meats (which Steve the owner was shaving off plates full for us to 'try'). I can't recommend this place highly enough. We were celebrating a special wknd and the owners even brought us out a cheeky glass of red. 5 stars.

Absolutely love this place! We are from the northern beaches but we always make sure we stop in here every time we go down south as the food and staff are just incredible! Have already recommended to many friends and will keep doing so! Can't wait for our next trip down south so we can come back, I look forward to it every time! Thank you!!!

I have been to a few gyros/yiros locations and Ella Gyros has to be my fave. Flavors are consistent, generious servings and great service. A must to attend :)

The staff were extremely friendly. Rather than let us decide what we wanted (which would have been a while, we don't do Greek food! the staff explained all their options and even offered a taste test to help us decide.

But that's just the tip of the amazing service iceberg.

The food itself was exquisite. The servings were generous.

And they can do haloumi cheese.

I will definitely be back.

I don't know Greek however the warm family atmosphere and home made feta sauce was devine, it's my new hangover place cause the food is epic and I really enjoy everything going in and speaking with Steve and Athena about trying new Greek food

One of the best gyros I've ever had. Had driven past Elate many times in the past and always meant to stop in when I had the chance. When I finally did I wasn't disappointed. The gyros was epic, the fries super fresh and hot and the owner was clearly passionate about his food. The lamb, chicken and pork on the grill were super high quality too. I'll definitely be adding this stop to all future trips. Thanks guys!

Best gyros in Sydney. Portions are really big and the quality is far beyond other shops. Service is always really friendly… highly recommend if you’re in the area and worth the drive if you’re not.

Really tasty gyros and really nice man behind the counter. First time we went he gave us a free taste test of the pork. It was so good we ordered one each. Been back there many times and will keep going back.

the most amazing food the meats are to die for the octopus is amazing have been eating at elate for years and never walked out not full or disappointed, the owners are very friendly.
