The staff couldn't do enough yesterday to make us comfortable on the verandah with our dog in tow. I've never felt so looked after at a Cafe. Moved to a more sheltered location out of the wind, supplied with blankets, a bowl of water for our little Westie, and given offers of assistance in an already busy environment. This is Hospitality at its professional best. The food was exceptional as well - the pumpkin risotto is easily the best I've had, and I'm so fussy about risotto! Thank you so much to everyone at The Cove for the wonderful experience my family had there! We'll be back!!�

Cove cafe is terrigal a beautiful little waterside cafe hidden in the corners of The Haven. The staff are always friendly & helpful, and the menu accommodates for everyone. I recommend the Cove if you are after a relaxing and tasty meal.

Lovely little café on the water. The red haired waitress that served us was very happy and pleasant.
Menu had the usual suspects all at the usual prices so there was something for everyone.
I very much enjoyed my mushroom salad with blood orange, fig compote, goat cheese and rocket with toast and poached eggs ($18). My companion enjoyed her breakfast bowl ($18). Coffee a bit weak. Biscuit on the side nice touch but tasted awful' they should make their own shortbread instead.
Recommended if you are in the area. I also really recommend The Island café.
Really impressed with this cafe. Beautiful setting with stunning water views. A very extensive and varied menu. Beautiful wines. We opted for a selection of dishes as we were in a group. Really good food. Would come back for sure

Lunch. Great location, good menu. Extremely busy today. About a one hour wait for food, at least they managed to serve our wine. No BYO, why not? Good staff who apologized for the delay. Food was good when it arrived. Definitely not great, would we go again? Absolutely. If they allowed BYO probably give a really good rating. Just checked their web site winelist says BYO wine is allowed $3.00 corkage per person. One of our party got it wrong and we didn't ask. Rating Really Good. Great lunch.

Great place to grab a coffee and ‘toastier’ if you’re going for a walk or having a picnic. I used their takeaway service today instead of dining in which was easy and convenient.
First time visit. Beautiful views if ocean. At Terrigal. Boardwalk amazing. Eatery along to boardwalk towards The Scillion. Ordered scones, got 3 massive ones 4 lots of jam and 2 lots of cream. My verdict = AWESOME = 10/10.
A pleasant surprise right on my doorstep at Terrigal. Fresh local seafood with a creative twist and a very modest price range - served efficiently from a oceanfront verandah overlooking the beautiful 'Haven Beach'. The service staff were courteous, polite and fairly efficient. We were there for a busy winter lunch. Some heaters were on the deck to take away some of the winter chill. The meals arrived in a timely fashion and were expertly prepared, seasoned and presented. Sampling the food from my fellow diner's dishes and I can attest to their matched flavor. The pricing seems quite reasonable for the location. I can certainly recommend the Cove Cafe and we are already planning to return.
