Really love this place and have been twice in like the last week! Their vegan options are delicious (although cooked on the same grill as meat products) and we love their multiple types of falafel and huge range of filling salads and hummus options for pitas.
Simple no frills Israeli street food in North Queensland, and probably the only one too. They are like the middle eastern version of subway, substitute the bread for pita, vegetables for things like tabouleh, hummus and baba ghanoush and you get Balabite. Tasty, well presented food at an affordable price. 4 out of 5 stars.
Really nice food. I found the menu a bit confusing. I would recommend the “In Pita” choices to get the most unique experience and choices. You can then choose 2 salads and 2 sauces that they add all inside a pita pocket/burger type housing. Yum!!!
Tastes truely authentic!! Brought us back to the streets of Tel Aviv. Great options for vegans and vegetarians 🥙🏝️

Only been once so far but it was really good. The sauces in particular were great and it'd be great if more places had as many options. The staff were helpful in explaining the options. Everything was just really well made. Definitely good to have something nice and different in town
Yum!! Lots of gluten free friendly options and lots of choice. And wonderful hospitality. Be sure to have the dessert with the rose syrup (malabi).
