Shannon has made us feel very welcome with her friendly and professional manner. She even stayed past her shift hours to ensure we (and other people) are checked in. Thank you for the great service! The hotel room is spacious, clean and warm - I would recommend it.

Great location, foyer, common facilities. However the rooms are very tired for $320+ per night. I also felt the overall venue lacked care in the small details such as no spare toilet paper ( our room only had one almost empty roll) filthy carpet in the main restaurant and only one chair for our outdoor table (room 120). Bathroom drain and light switches also a bit tired and dirty. These are easy things to fix to provide a more polished experience at this price point.

We stayed here for a one-week conference and the venue was ideal. Rooms are new and nicely designed. Staff are very friendly, and did an awesome job handling a conference of 1100 people. Lots of facilities here and a beautiful location. Kangaroos and brush turkeys around the grounds are an extra treat. The place is a bit far from Maroochydore and Mooloolaba if you don't have a vehicle or transfer, and there aren't many taxis in the area.

The Room was good but very basic. Didn't provide tooth brush or tooth paste in the toilet/washroom. The check out time is so soon and not a very secured cloakroom. Probably don't have staff to manage. The main restaurant for dinner has a very basic menu and people get pushed to buy burgers and pizza for dinner. Sadly there's no restaurant near by

Absolutely beautiful spot by the water. Very idyllic. Rooms however are a little dated with terracotta floor tiles for example. The staff were very friendly but they seemed rushed and a little impatient at other times. Inconsistent is depending on who you spoke wouod be the general opinion and as much as I hate to draw a line like this I'd have to say the younger bar staff were the more laid back and amenable. The older staff seemed to consider the guests something of an inconvenience sometimes. We were at a 5 day conference and I'm not sure whether the lunches, snacks and dinners were brought in or provided by the hotel but if provided by Novotel then it was underwhelming, borderline bad. Not even kidding but the vegetarian food was shocking and one member of our group asked multiple times if there were nuts in a dessert and was told no. Ate it, then got taken away in an ambulance 👌 Like is said though if the catering was externally provided then that's not ok Novotel. Overall ⭐⭐⭐⭐
