Very obliging staff who make it their mission to cater for all dietary requirements. Our lunch party included 3 vegans and we were well looked after - vegetable gnocchi, veggie panini, apple and sultana strudel and complimentary bliss balls! Our meaty friend had an enormous all day breakfast that covered all the essentials (and an obscene amount of bacon) while my 14yr old played it safe with a cheese toastie and chocolate berry lava cake with coulis and cream. Josef Chromy wine and Becks beer kept us chipper. The atmosphere is always laid back at this cafe with pleasing rustic decor and a gift shop. Again, the staff are to be commended on their 'table side' manner and vegan friendly ease.
Nice tasting chicken and mushroom pie with salad. Beverages are very well priced and the cafe had a nice clean and cosy feel. The clutter with the gift shop feel takes away as well as not having any raspberry cascade flavoured bottles.
Incorrect location on Urbanspoon. Unfortunately the wrong location listing (it's in Ulverstone not Hobart) means that those not "in the know" are being deprived of magnificent casual dining experience. It's a deli serving great food and coffee to match, located up a lane way adjacent to a car park behind the Main Street so not easy to find. But persist! It will be worth it.

This is a great little cafe in Ulverston, the staff were friendly and helpful the food was great, I had a latte served in a tall glass with a handle thanks guys 😁I appreciate that,the coffee was nice and creamy and well executed with two shots, I like strong coffee so next time I'm going to ask for an extra shot I also had a freshly squeezed pineapple and orange juice very nice. My friend had a skim flat white but she says it was more like a latte, she ordered the coffee to be served in a t/a cup which she got she also said that the coffee was nice but next time with an extra shot 😁 . The cafe has a nice relaxed vibe and is a little quirky with outdoor/indoor seating, I recommend this cafe and we will be back.

Brilliant cafe in Ulverstone. Yet again, enjoyed a delicious breakfast in a pleasant setting and the coffee was as good as ever. Really like that we could have half portions of most dishes on the menu, which we find are more than enough. Staff are also very friendly! We hadn't booked but tbey fitted us in on a very busy Mother’s Day, so thanks all round.
Haven't been here for a while, changed name and owners. Very impressed great food, good sized meals with fair prices. All day breakfast is always a winner too. Waitress friendly and helpful. Decor simple and modern. Licenced too. Parking outside, public toilets close by
