i have been consistently impressed with the coffee here. strong yet balanced, and a lovely generous froth. service is generally pretty friendly. i already know the baked goods are delicious, though i have yet to try some of their freshly prepared meals like salads! nice atmosphere, food and fast friendly service.
Love this bakery! They have some really delicious pasties with my favourite being the mini fruit crumble. Great selection of savoury pies and sausage rolls. Really lovely staff also!
I can't complain about Lawley's Wembley. The lady that served me was really friendly. I made my own sandwich and it was exactly what I was after, and really loaded! They really have everything you are after in a bakery.
Lawleys are pretty amazing. The bread is perfection as are the almond croissants. The pizza slices ain't bad either - for non Italians ;).
A good breakfast! and good time!. I go to this cafe shop most Saturday's, recently I have noticed some of their menus got improved. The likes are : staffs patience, never to hurrry up your seat which I personally feel relaxed reading out news in the morning or just chat with friends, no need to book your table which is indeed pretty good for a cafe shop, little blend of old fashioned cafe's, value for money. The dislikes are : I always annoyed of their cutleries sometime you just feel better to put aside the knife, might be a sentimental one they don't want to replace until the time of establishment. The coffee & pies are of just above average.
Dont ya just love the Irish! Great customer service but the breakfast was cold. On a positive note the pastries are yumbolicous
Great Food. I am surprised by the negative comments regarding the quality of the food? I found this place (I am only talking about the wembley one here) by accident and now if I am anywhere near the area I will go out of my way to grab a quick lunch here. I have never been dissapointed, yes the queue is a pain but worth it in my humble opinion.
Love buying curry pies here. They're always delicious! Often have to wait 10 or so minutes for hot chips but that's okay since the staff are always super friendly.
Awsome Sauce!. I have been to Lawleys Cafe in Wembly many times due to being around that area often. It is fairly cheap priced for the large servings given. 5+ for this. Other than the one lady I assume to be the Manager all staff are unsocial and fairly rude. Tables are never clean and the food is very average . Rate: 2. The only meal to die for is the egg Benedict, with their homemade hollindaise sauce, and their rolls and fresh salads are very nice 5+. All the hot food and other cooked meals are dry and bland. If I was to get a cooked meal I would go somewhere else!! The eggs Benedict and lunch rolls are the only things that keep me coming back!
Good bread & cheap brekkie options. This is our go-to cheap brekkie stop on the way to work (when we are too lazy to have it at home). Not outstanding but no complaints for a bagel and a coffee. Also a full breakfast bagel for t go there for a chat or a gourmet meal, we go there for a quick in-an-out breakfast on the cheap.
