Just a little noisy, it is my only fault I found.
Service was beyond exceptional, and the meal I had trouble not making yum sounds after each bite....its was an explosion of joy in my mouth.
My mouth dance with joy with each mouthful of the market fish of the week, such a delicate king fish grilled so it just melted away. Oh my gosh all should dine at Kneading Ruby.....What excitment over such quality entering the world of the gong's dinning choices...wow wow wow.
Last night I had a family dinner for my 21st consisting of 50 people. I couldn’t have been happier. The food was absolutely amazing, and everyone enjoyed it. The gnocchi is to die for ! But it was mostly the staff who made the night truly amazing. The service is incredible, the staff were always around and making sure everyone was well looked after. I cannot recommend this place enough. ���
Never thought I’d knead this experience, this jewel of a venue, so befitting of the gem type within its name. Oh but what’s in a name? How doth you embrace the breeze of flavours, cultivating in your factory system? You can but pray for plates full to be of many carbs, some devoid of gluten, but filled with hearty meats and vegetables. Come hither, and discover a good wench to feed your drooling desires.
Just yum! One of the best pizzas I have ever had. The toppings are gorgeous but the best part is the beautiful dough. Pizza done to perfection with so much love and care. The gnocchi was also very impressive. Great staff. Fab wine list. Perfection

Two beautiful very old doors open to a rustic heaving environment. We were warmly welcomed, seated then selected from an excellent choice of items on the chalkboard menu. The service was attentive and the food especially the pizza was delicious. We will book again in a couple of weeks when we visit Wollongong.
Staff were professional and very welcoming. The menu is excellent with a great variety of delicious offerings. The dining room is well laid out but a little loud if you're looking for a romantic meal. Great for groups though
