This slow-cooked barbecued roasted lamb shoulder deserves to be on the main page! It’s so soft that the lightly fatty meat slides off the blade bone easily at the prof of a fork, and along with the chimichurri… it’s just perfect. 👨‍🍳 🤌 and the rest of the food was just as good and tasty and exceptional! And their heavenly signature cocktail? Tequila Mockingbird is a well-built mix of muddle cucumber and jalapeño chilli with elderflower liqueur coated with Mexican Chili/salt 🌶 spicy with the right amount of alcohol kick. Our date night in TMB was sensational and we can’t wait to introduce this to our friends and go back for the second round! ❤️

Great service and vibe, very tasty food. We had 6 people and ordered the banquet menu, the food portions were very generous. Also the tequila themed cocktails are worth trying.
