Ordered only once from these guys through uber eats and will never order again. I figured $20 for a soup would be a main size. I was wrong. Don't think that their high prices would mean either a higher quality of product or larger servings. Many other great Chinese places offer the same for less than half the price and way better quality.

Terrible delivery - we order frequently (because we absolutely love the food!) but the delivery times are ALWAYS really bad. We ordered our food at 7pm tonight, and ended up calling them at 9pm asking them what has happened to our order - apparently it was missed. We cancelled. To the owners, please change your ordering /delivery processes used and move to a different online ordering platform.

Love that we have this Chinese restaurant so close to us. We order frequently and only order through the restaurant itself instead of relying on food delivery services. Food is delicious, hot and delivered quickly. Highly recommend if you love good tasty chinese food. They have not been there for umpteen years for nothing! Give the order to the restaurant directly and you won't be disappointed.

The quality of food is really good and tasty for Australian Chinese meals. BUT for the price you pay and for how busy they get with takeaways and deliveries, they really need to put on more staff... We were told it would be 45 mins b4 we could pick up... Was close to 2 hrs b4 it was ready... NOT good enough. Will be quite a while b4 we go back.

First , it brought back memories of Bass Hill, Bankstown days . Traditional to the 60's - 70's , now its failed and wanting it back. Definitely a staff shortage and loosing a key figure in the kitchen. All will be forgiven if you pace yourself and tell the truth that you cannot serve at the time, I will understand .

Worst food I have ever had, ordered on Menulog at 5:50pm for delivery at 7:00pm . Rang restaurant at 7:10 was told “on its way” and they hung up. arrived stone cold at 7:30. Reheated in microwave. Inedible

Simply the best ! everything is amazing, so friendly & delivery is super quick. Anyone that leaves bad reviews for this place is a Karen !

Classic old school Australian Chinese restaurant where everything tastes great. Was probably last renovated in the late 1970s approx. Open reasonably late and the same happy smiley lady has been serving me here every time for 12 years now. Service can slow down a bit when the restaurant is half full or so and if they don't recognise you when placing a pickup order by phone they won't start cooking until you arrive and pay. From my experience, once you place phone orders for a couple of years or so they will recognise you and then your order will be ready when you arrive. Be patient, it's worth it.

TERRIBLE!! We ordered dinner at 6:30pm via uber eats. called them to confirm the order once the order was 30 mins late. They confirmed that the order was being cooked and will be dropped off in the next 15 mins. I then had to call another 3 times over the next 1.5 hours and had the same response, blaming the uber delivery driver being late, then the food wasn't ready, then they were waiting on the driver again. However every call confirming delivery 15 mins. Then they cancel the order online. its now been 3 hours, we are starving and they are beyond useless!! will never order again from here. there is plenty of other generic Chinese takeouts in Sydney, that are also cheaper. - Dont do it!!!!

This has become kind of a regular hangout place for lunch, for me and my colleagues. The place is large, has a pleasing Chinese ambiance, and the staff members are friendly. <br/><br/>The options for vegetarians is limited. I have tried their spring rolls (which were really good), and rice with veggies (which was average). My colleagues (both Chinese) seem to really like the food here. For me, it's kind of a mixed bag. The costs are pretty fine as well - neither expensive not cheap. <br/><br/>Food - 3/5<br/>Ambiance - 4.5/5<br/>Service - 4.5/5<br/>Value for money - 3.5/5<br/>Overall - 3.5/5

Love getting takeaway from here. The Chinese is always good and the staff are always lovely. The sweet and sour pork and the lemon chicken are delicious.

Great food and great service. The food is excellent and eat in or takeaway or home delivery all good. The service is friendly and courteous. The decor is like you would expect from a traditional suburban Chinese restaurant and clean and well presented. This is a popular and busy restaurant loved by locals.

If you appreciate terrible customer service... Be sure to order from here!. So not only did they stuff up our order.. They were so rude when I called to tell them about it! Tried to blame me, put me on hold for 10 minutes & then hung up on me! The food was certainly not good enough to excuse their terrible customer service! Never again!!!

Be prepaired to wait. The décor and service needs to be addressed when eating in, that’s why we don’t bother to ever eat there. That said, the take away is delicious but be prepared to wait and when I say wait I mean wait a long time - 5mins is 40mins - 30mins is over 1hr. The customer service is terrible, they are understaffed and show a lack of consideration for their customers. Not once have they apologised about the wait and there are a lot more Chinese restaurants close by that charge a lot less but their food is of a great standard. Would order take away again even though I saw I never will every time we do because we wait so god dam long!

Bad Chinese food...ordered 4 dishes so had a variety and had to actually bin it all which was so disappointing. Don't eat here, I don't know how they're still<br/>operating.

Slow service is an understatement of the year!!!! Wait 5mins usually means wait 45mins. They are rude, never apologize, decor is disgusting but the food is great so we keep ordering take away. If you can be patient then wait and make sure you order the satay prawns... Amazing!!!!!!

Nice food, service is very slow <br/><br/>Would go back if only someone else was paying. <br/><br/>The owner should invest in a new decor and better bathrooms for patrons.
