Nice environment and staff~The chicken salad is a bit salty but overall it is good. Big thumbs up to the omelette rice!
Really enjoyed my experience at Zen! Definitely the best Korean I've had in Melbourne.
Staff were very attentive and always made sure everything was full. We had the Scotch Fillet and Eye Fillet - both were cooked perfectly and super tasty. We enjoyed the condiments that came with them as well.
Will come back to do the authentic Korean experience where they cook it in front of us next time.
Great Korean restaurant with good service and food comes out very fast. Love the bbq here. The banquet is very worthwhile and the soup is tasty.
Excellent service. My family was taking selfie and one of the waitresses offered to take photos of us. Topped up of condiments without having to ask. The smoke exhaust system was good. Left the restaurant without smelling like bbq.

We really enjoyed our time at Zen Charcoal BBQ tonight. The staff were lovely, we really enjoyed out meal, it was cooked for us perfectly and so so tasty. Our wine was lovely and super affordable and the restaurant was clean and neat. We aren't from the state but if we ever return... we would be happy to dine here again.
It was amazing experience in Zen’s ! Korean fusions dishes were delicious and very close to traditional style and charcoal BBQ are exceptional ! Fine dining level restaurant. Recommend you book a table ahead your plan in weekend
We went here for a casual last minute date night and were really impressed. The food was great, very authentic bibimbap unlike other places I've been, this had the raw egg and all. I chose mild and it had just a little bit of bite, perfect. Next time I'll try spicy.
The service was great and atmosphere too and price reasonable. Great selection of Korean dishes. Having visited Korea last year we were pretty happy with the menu.
They even gave is a free dessert!
The only reason it's not 5 stars is because they charge a 1.5% surcharge for Amex yet use all amex reserved signs and merch, a big no no.
Wow an awesome place for some quality yum food.. staff very friendly and food top notch too.. not so bad on the pocket as well. Will definitely be back..
Damn the food is good!!!!! Had the Momo set and the serving was huge!! The beef however was pretty much bland. But the rest was amazing. Will definitely come back here.
The food was amazing and so was the service. The atmosphere was amazing too. I definitely enjoyed it. Strongly recommend scotch fillet and chicken soup. Will definitely visit when I come to south yarra again.
