Visited Melbourne for a weekend and ended up going back here twice because foods freakin amazing. Service is great too, girl who served us both times were super nice and gave good recommendations. I can’t wait to come back!
Best Korean fried chicken in Melbourne by far!
Been visiting this place numerous times for lunch. Love their dosirack and bibimbap. Tasty and affordable lunch options. Great service too even on peak hours.
Cool place, good food, service was ok
Nothing really to xo plain about
Would visit again maybe in a big group
Good to try something different
Was around the corner in Abbotsford and did not know what to have so entered this shop. Classic Korean food. Ordered kimchi pancake, a bibimbab and some sort of rice dish. Yes and of course a soju. Everything was nice. Nothing too exciting tho.
I love this place! I go there for lunch all the time and their lunch special is fantastic. 4 stars for the value as the dishes cost around $11-$13 and therefore I have no complaints because I think this is as good as it gets for the prince range.
Good flavours, authentic Korean food and lovely staff.
My favourite is the hot stone bibimbab and the kimchi tofu dish - highly recommended for lunch or a quick bite in the evening, however, I wouldn’t go there for dinner as it reminds me of an old diner and lacks cozy dinner atmosphere
I love the atmosphere in this place, good music, good service, the food was very good with amazing flavours the only bad is not a big portion and the price is ok
Nice restaurant with good ambience, food was pretty good, didn’t take photos because I didn’t anticipate to write anything. Staff were all friendly, and pretty welcoming. Would recommend the fried chicken (we got original), grilled kimchi pork belly, and kimchi stew. Would come back again for a lunch maybe (we went during dinner time).
Definitely not as good as their location in Northcote (for some reason), but still good. The spicy, fried rice cakes are perfect in texture and flavour. Hot tip- get some steam buns, fill them with sizzling tofu, then dip them in the rice cake glaze.
As for the tofu itself, it's very thick and fried, not grilled, which was slightly disappointing. Even more so was the japchae. It featured flat noodles as opposed to the traditional thin style, and the sauce/veggies didn't have great flavour. I'd opt for a bibimbap or dosirak instead
We had the lunch special. It was great value for money! My daughter loved the korean noodles with beef. Soup was so tasty. Bibimbap was excellent as well. We are definitely coming back
Enjoyed their authentic Korean food at Seoul Soul. We visited here on weekday lunch time and there were a few customer.
Ordered crispy spicy fried chicken balls, hot stone bibimbab and soft tofu hot pot. Food was served in timely manner and every plates were delicious.
Especially, soft tofu hot pot was better than other Korean restaurant I've ever been.
Just they only have hard stool for sitting, so not really comfortable to stay longer.
We came here after seeing the 40% off on Liven. It was a quiet Monday evening with a few tables occupied. The staff was very friendly. The tofu Bibimbap was flavorful with the chilli sauce. Korean fried chicken with spring onions was good too. Will be back for sure.
Edit: came back here with family and all the food was delicious. The bibimbap with beef was excellent. No complaints from anyone.
Friendly staff and cool vibe. Food was ok looked fantastic though.
No other customer except for me when I came here on Wednesday night which felt a little weird. I have been here in the past when they were next door and back then they are always packed. The menu definitely looks a lot more impressive than before. Ordered the Korean chicken schnitzel which was great but the chips was soggy :(
Food: good quality
Service: good and friendly staffs
We ordered 3 meals, but only one of them has meat. The other two are Kimchi Pancake and Tobbooki with cheese...
The BBQ (as the picture) wasnt as expected. A little bit small for 2-3 people as they introduced
Really delicious food!
Some Korean classics (bibimbaps, etc) but some delicious modern Korean dishes as well.
Loved it 🇰🇷
Ordered the bibimbap and was pleasantly surprised with the taste. The meat was a little grisly but their kimchi pancakes are amazing!
