Cute atmosphere, good food, and the management/staff are so accommodating! I first visited before they had a vegetarian menu available and they were really good at catering to my needs, asking if the kitchen could make something up etc. Highly recommend
Wow, this place was amazing :-) service was fantastic and fast. Guided us through the soju menu beautifully and the food was fantastic. Can highly recommend the KFC (korean fried chicken) but the show stopper is the kimchee pancake. We will be back :-)
I love everything here! Can’t wait to try the rest of whats in the menu!!!
Always loved going to Plus 82 Pocha because even though they're always packed, they always find a way to squeeze us in. Fried Chicken, Chips and Soups have generous servings. Staff is always friendly and reliable too. Easily one of my Adelaide faves.
My usual here is lunchtime bibimbob. Pick your base, pick your protein, pick your sauce. A generous serve for the price. Fresh, good, tasty and fast. Friendly and attentive service. A great lunch pick. On this occasion we branched out to try the spicy rice and fish cakes which was great but the stand out was the Kim Chi pancake. Delicious.
Love this place - everything from the staff, the atmosphere to the food is awesome. Fried chicken is the best in Adelaide and everything on the menu is worth a try!
We ordered their fries; Korean fried chicken; spicy rice cake with cheese and their Korean pancake. Those fries were to die for... probably the best fries we have had in Adelaide. The pancake was a bit doughy for us but all else we love. Will definitely go back to try out their hotpot and other hot dishes.
Came to +82 POCHA last night with friends after much anticipation, and had an overall pleasant experience (despite a few setbacks). The restaurant was thriving on a Sunday night and I loved the whole vibe it gave off. However, I think it would be helpful to put a sign up saying "use the glass door to your left" because my friend and I looked so silly trying to open the other glass door which looked like the entrance? Anyhow, the food was delicious but not wow. The pancake was really nice to share around and had a nice crunch to it, and was also not as oily compared to other Korean pancakes I've eaten in the past. The bulgogi beef was so so soft, but needed that extra punch for more flavour. Fried chicken was also crunchy and finger-licking good, but $30 for 12 pieces to share between 4 hungry people had me on my toes. Overall, great quality food and would love to be back to try other dishes 👍
- Bulgogi ($18.50)
- KFC ($30) + $2 for extra sauce
- Kimchi pancake ($16.50)
I absolutely love their Korean Fried Chicken. Maybe a bit overpriced and the portions a bit small considering its price, but they are absolutely delicious. The favourite sauce is the garlic honey sauce, it's the perfect balance between sweet and savoury, the best of both worlds! The spicy rice cake was amazing, but a bit spicy as the name suggests. Their kimchi pancakes are too die for - they are thick and juicy, and comes with pieces of bacon on top and this delicious white sauce (similar to mayo). Me and my friends (there was four of us) were full just from eating one plate of the kimchi pancake because the portion is massive.
The staff is just amazing, very nice and friendly, and also very welcoming. When we asked one of the waitresses which flavoured soju tasted the best, she suggested the blueberry soju mixed with a bit of coke and it was absolutely the most amazing combination I have ever tried! And one of the times I've been to this place, this waiter came out and performed for one of the other tables - so they had the main lights off and there were these flashing coloured lights with fun music on really loudly and the waiter was doing tricks with the soju bottles and spinning it around, and it was really cool.
I love the atmosphere of the place. Very lively, perfect for catching up with friends. Love this place!
Great food!! Not the cheapest Korean out there but their food is delicious. I think their hotpots are pretty average and standard but their KFC is really good. Great service as well, the waiters even served each of us our hotpot.
I have tried this place for 3 times (visited the ship twice and ubereat for 1). Very good place for korean chicken and chips; they were tasty and fresh. However i wouldnt recommend in ubereat somehow portion sizes were different and flavour wise it was also different. Overall good place to eat.
Soooo delicious! Whoever left a negative review must be completely out of their mind! The KFC is so good with the spicy sause and the pancake is just phenomenal with the splash of bacon on top!
My GOTO Korean place! Their ambience is lit, the food is moreish, and the staff is extremely friendly. I remember having dinner here on a Friday night, and we got the order 50 minutes after we had ordered. The place was packed and people were still coming, the staff kept us in loop regarding order and were upfront about it, that it will be a little late. Understandable! The wait was worth it. We were amazed by the crispness of their KFC(Korean fried Chicken) even after the soy seasoned sauce was drizzed. It was luscious and so tender! Loved every bite. The volcano chicken is extremely spicy as mentioned in the menu, and we had ordered it with cheese on top. The dollops of cheese and spiciness is a match made in heaven. Glad to have ordered it. This place is mesmerising and I definitely recommend this for Korean food!
One of the best Korean places in town. Good vibe and good customer service. The food was authentic and flavourful. We got Garlic Soy boneless chicken, it was very crispy and fresh. We also got the hotpot with dumplings, beef and mushrooms. Overall, good experience, there was nothing to complain. Fairly busy so best to book ahead.
I didn't really know what to expect but was pleasantly surprised. There are some interesting Korean fusion dishes, we had a spicy carbonara Tteokbokki and I can honestly say I've never had anything like it.
The fried chicken and Korean beers are spot on as well.
Best to book at night to guarantee a spot.
One of the best Korean restaurants in Adelaide, I highly recommend it if you're looking to eat Korean food. The dishes were unique and up to stardards, they also have an extensive vegetarian menu too. The portions are worth the price and the staff are friendly.
The only problem was it takes too long for the dishes to be served, we had to wait a whole hour for all three of our dishes but I understand that it's busy. I feel like they can improve on this a little more or at least let the customer know/explain why it's so delayed.
Overall I enjoyed coming here and the atmosphere is perfect for a night out. Hoping to try other dishes next time!
If coming I stress to book ahead and when you do, don’t come too early though we were seated at out time because it’s that busy. The seating is just little metal stools giving it that Korean roadside feel. The staff are very helpful with the menu if you have trouble deciding what to have. When it does arrive though, it’s hot fresh and full of flavor. The chicken is a good serving and choice of sauces great. The waitress recommended a noodle dish for us and she was on the money. Very nice and once again full of flavor and a good size.
Great customer service and delicious food! The hot pot was a fun experience. We look forward to our next meal here!
Always a good feed. Can feel pricey but the chicken is always worth a visit. All food is fantastic.
You can smell the aroma of their food 20 ft from the restaurant. No kidding.
Food was amazing, fairly good portion size. We ordered quite a bunch of food so we had to wait for a while which was understandable given the restaurant was already busy. However once they started serving, the food just kept coming so well done there.
