They must have been having a bad night. Ordered Italian hot chocolate and 80’s milkshake. First got hot choc and a latte, explained latte wasn’t ours then when milkshake came we also got a cookie on a plate. Should have kept quiet but obviously something up with how they distribute food. The Italian hot chocolate did not look picture perfect, kind of congealed. It did taste amazing though and I love their hug mugs. Would be perfect with a spoon of cream on top. The 80’s milkshake not worth the $9 something.

Always satified when i visit a Max Brenner outlet. This one on Rundle Street in Adelaide CBD was no exception. Service was fast and efficient, menu items were great and the actual meals we ordered were excellent. I had a big milkshake and waffles and they were deliciously decadent. Nice ambiance and feeling in the cafe on a hot day.

Pretty good chocolate desserts, though not the best as the sweetness overpowers the chocolate flavour a little. A good place that opens till late and perfect when you need to satisfy your chocolate craving!

Friendly staff with great customer service. Plenty of delicious menu options for everyone. Desserts were fresh and came out in a timely manner. Love this place!

Awesome chocolate house in the Adelaide East End, hot drinks and all kinds of desserts available. I recommend the mint hot chocolate and any chocolate fondue, you can't go wrong with desserts like these. Highly recommended 😁

Quick serves. Hugging cup looks like a small toilet 😂😂. Dessert as expected.

Just like all Max Brenner's expect the same awesome chocolate experience. This store is little and trendy, great for dates and hanging out with friends.

Went here on a busy night after dinner and a few drinks in town, wife felt like something sweet, after visiting one of the Melbourne stores we knew this should be good.
Ordered some thing that I thought was for one, wasn't real expensive but turns out could have fed 3. Really good value and amazing dessert!

Lovely place and the usual classic Max Brenner feel. Love the chilli hot chocolate. Also love love the fondue. Although it can be shared amongst more than 2 people. It does get a bit heavy otherwise. There were two types of melted chocolate in the fondue pot along with bananas, marshmallows, strawberries and some cake for dipping. They have a huge variety of food and drinks. The ambience and service is great too though it does get a bit crowded in the evenings and the weekends since this is their only outlet in Adelaide.

Good place to chill in the afternoon. The white Choco cheesecake is not sweet. It’s pretty good quality chocolate. The only downside was the hot chocolate it didn’t taste dark enough. Too many dessert places/ competitors around. Only reason i gave three stars is because the food is hard to compete some of my favourite desserts in the other cafe.

Be polite and friendly ohhh how I wish I could’ve but how we were treated and what we were served at this place was far far far from polite or friendly and the dessert was stale bland and the teaspoon of chocolates drizzled over our desserts was just deplorable so save ya money as anything else would be worth seriously but on a good note the exit to this store was the highlight cheers eat elsewhere and enjoy ...

$18 for average crepes, don’t bother eating here, but come for a coffee. Cappuccino has real chocolate on the bottom and on the foam, which was lovely.

Walked into the shop full of customers on a Tuesday night, walked into the shop and was abused by 2 staff members ( females ) who continued to slam the door on our faces and were extremely rudely mannered. I won’t be coming back here due to the shit service.

If you're a die-hard chocolate fan, then this place is a must! Located on the vibrant strips of Rundle Street, this chocolate bar has placed itself as a competitor next to Cocolat (another chocolate dessert restaurant). This Max Brenner is quite spacious, staff are attentive, and standard is similar to interstate franchises. Ordered was two Belgian waffles coated in their signature chocolate, in addition to small serves of banana, strawberries, and two scoops of vanilla ice-scream. This dessert might seem refreshing at first with the fruits and ice-cream, but one can only handle so much sweetness!
