Domino's Pizza

I have come here today to say what OUTSTANDING CUSTOMER SERVICE and PIZZA'S I have had recently from ADAM(Manager) LUKE and the TEAM from Domino's ARMADALE WA. A few months ago I vowed I wouldn't go here again after the rude, sloppy, unprofessional Service I received. I noticed the place always looked messy and unorganised also. I didn't go for a few months, and decided to give the place another try as I live nearby and was craving a Pizza lol. From the moment I rang and spoke with LUKE, I was blown away by the turn around in the fantastic professional manner he had over the phone, was so friendly, polite, somebody I would want if I had a Business. When I went to pick it up, I could see and feel the difference in the cleanliness, energy and professionalism and awesome Customer Service immediately. I told Luke that I was so happy with his Customer Service and the Pizza was also the best I have EVER had. I could see that the Team had changed since my last visit there. Was soo refreshing and actually made my night. The next time I went I spoke to ADAM on the phone, again, a professional, fantastic and awesome Customer Service experience. Pizza again was just soo delicious. I have now started going back there, and everytime I call, I get a fantastic professional response and awesome Pizza. ADAM and LUKE and your Team have really lifted the place, and turned my opinion of my last visit there totally around. To all the people who have had similar bad experiences few months ago, please try again as these guys are doing the place proud. I also rang and told the Owner how happy I was and to get consistent, friendly, professional Customer Service is precious...Keep up the awesome work and Pizza's, Adam, Luke and Crew ... 🙏Jane (Cheese, Pepperoni, Camembert Pizza lover 🙂)
