I always love going to Schnitz, the food, atmosphere, and staff are amazing!
This time I got to experience the upstairs dining area and ordered the Mini Basic Instinct slider with a side of original chips, size small. The slider was delicious! I was amazed at how large the portion sizes were, and was glad I only ordered a small!
It was a bit cold upstairs, even after the heaters were turned on. But everything else was excellent and I will definitely be coming back!
Miss the carmalised onion as it is not the same as grilled onion. Other than that, amazing as always. Love Schnitz plus the person on the phone had lovely customer service. And then on arrival, the staff member who came to us was so cheery and lovely. Can never go wrong there. Thank you again :)
Dinning in for lunch today 14/4, family of 8, service was a little slow(not busy) and long wait for meals. Mix up with our orders which was eventually sorted. Meals were good. Suggest that you need 2 people taking orders when there is an influx of patrons.
Our waiter Jarrin was incredible, he handled the order taking elegantly and always double checked to ensure our orders were spot on. Could not have asked for a better experience as customer. As someone who works in customer experience myself, I understand the pressure and Jarrin stood up to the challenge. Overall the food was cooked to perfection. Schnitz has got to be one of the best restaurants in the Ballarat area with there fast and friendly service the whole experience was just wonderful.
Ordered three meals including a vegan option. Three generous, delicious serves arrived with minimal delay. Wait staff are pleasant, outgoing, friendly and polite. A real company asset, supported by a tasty feed.
Richie who was on today was just so warm and welcoming.
Honestly everytime we visit all the staff are just fantastic. The foods fresh, great portions and we always come back!
Jarrin is a very good worker, loved when he came up the stairs with his high energy, especially since it was his first shift, it was very good to see his extremely engaging customer service.
When Richie told us that it was his first shift, I tried to make it fun for him as he has limited engagement with customers at this point. Hope that he has a fun and happy rest of his employment at this store.
I look forward to see hun next time I come in
