Got some smoothie bowls from here! They have a great selection, and their servings are very very generous and so filling. Only disappointment was the blue bowl, there was something in there that tasted very off and weird, did not go. The blueberry peanut butter bowl and snickers bowl however were AMAZING. I would kill to eat it again. I definitely recommend trying out some smoothie bowls from here!
Can't rate this place high enough! Their menu is so unique, lots of vegan and gluten free options, not your standard run of the mill menu. Presentation is spot on, refreshingly friendly and funny staff and absolutely delicious food. Portion sizes are big. I was there on a Sunday it was packed and they do sell out of items as it's a small location, I guess you've got to wait for good food and get it quick! We had the house made dumplings, they make all their sauces too. Vegan asian bolognese also GF and finished with a mango smoothie bowls. Delicious, flavour packed food.....great effort guys. Really impressed.

Bowl R is a new poke bowl and vegan ice cream concept store located in Balmain. It focuses on delicious food that is healthy and nutritious and is a great addition to the food scene in the trendy suburb. I came here for a casual dinner with a friend and ordered two of their poke bowls. We got the salmon trout and yellowfin tuna bowls with sushi rice and topped with edamame, corn, seaweed, onion, pickles, carrot and variety of garnish and sauce. There are many different combinations to choose from including brown rice and soba noodles and the bowls are seasoned nicely, with high quality ingredients.

Love, love, love this place! The food is so fresh and healthy and the portions are great value for money! The staff were really helpful and patient when I was undecided on what to chose! Would defo recommend this little gem - fabulous!
Fabulous food, fresh and packed with flavour. Dumplings and bone broth are my favourite but always have to leave with a salmon bowl. This place shows love through their food
