The meat is better if you go premium. First time came on a Friday night, and the service was slow due to many people waiting outside, so I guess its understandable.
Second time was on Wednesday night, and they were much better with service since it was quite.
They don't have many people working on kitchen hand and floor duty.
Overall, it's not bad! And would come again. The meat quality and taste is better inPremium.
Updated all you can eat price:
STANDARD BUFFET 38
WAGYU + SEAFOOD BUFFET 46
PREMIUM BUFFET 56
No split bills.
Extra for Public Holidays.
Same as others customer service is slow.
Great food with the $50 dollar premium buffet, wagyu beef was amazing, although the environment was smoky, had a great experience of charcoal BBQ.
Nice little place close to the Quest Apartments with more food than you can eat. You could sit & happily graze all night. Nice friendly staff too.
Make a reservation ahead. I have been here twice as the meat is indeed fresh and tasty. $30/40/50 depends on what level you wanna have a try but I do recommend $50 premium.
I prefer pork rib of standard, tofu in special soup, seaweed, prawn and sashimi
because I hardly eat beef. My bf says wagyu beef rib, ox tongue and wagyu mixed with raw egg on top are super tender and delicious.
Try to order enough food at the beginning as the service is quite slow and the waitress might give you less food than you have ordered...The food is good though.
Cute place, great service, good food. It was our first time tonight so we got the premium all you can eat menu. Everything was delicious, we will go back but next time ordering the wagyu / seafood all you can eat menu, we can do without the food on the premium menu.
It is a all-you-can-eat Japanese barbeque. Have been there a couple times so my review will be genuine enough.
Basically just get the Premium Buffet, that is the best deal. With $50, you can order everything on the menu, except drinks and 1-2 items that they have a limit to each customer. Oyster is one of them, you can only order one for each but they are so fresh and sweet. Ox tongue is also a must-order in this restaurant. They have delicious sauce for you to dip your barbequed meat, they are nomz! Sashimi and fried food are not bad at all! So with the price of $50, you can basically enjoy sashimi and barbeque at the same time!
Come to the dessert and drinks, matcha/coffee/liqour icecream are the best to go. They seem like simple Coles icecream with matcha powder on top but trust me they are really really perfect to end a feast like this.
The jelly sake is very unusual and make sure to give it a go!
The only thing is that their service is so so but with busy nights I can only say 'ok, I think that's fine... they might be having a bad night'.
For our review this week, we We went to Nikuzo Japanese restaurant in Bondi Junction, Sydney. Nikuzo is an all you can eat restaurant with three different buffet menu. The standard buffet is quite cheap and has your basic all-you-can-eat needs, including beef tongue. For $10 extra, you get the wagyu and seafood buffet. There are quite a lot of seafood options, including scallops and soft shell crab.
Just get the premium menu, don't mess around. Really tasty dipping sauces. Enjoyed every single thing I ate. Waitresses were nice, not sure about the bad reviews. Worth the $$$
The most satisfying yakiniku in Sydney. Always go for the premium buffet as the few additional items are all you get. The wagyu here is not top tier Japan quality but will certainly do the job for usual craving.
Meat tasted great. All cuts were fatty and tender. The negatives I would give would be the icecream with powder on top and the automatic 'mesh' charge even though we never replaced the mesh. But the delicious meat outweigh those negatives. So come here if you're more of a meat person
This is our favourite Japanese BBQ place in Sydney - and one of our favourite restaurants. My partner and I have been eating here since we were students - back then we could only afford the cheapest set menu, and on special occasions only. Hope your business continue to grow and provide quality good:)
A note for the owner to consider if they can see this - last time we visited I noticed the beef tongue slices are thicker than before, personnally I prefer very thin beef tongue slices...thanks
Everything is good. We had beef tongues and loin, marinated beef, marinated octopus, scallops, and red bean fish cake. I’m the kind that never surrenders on a buffet.;) Eat it to the end and stay with the fight!
A good 520 celebration~
All you can meat charcoal Japanese bbq, setting is nice and food is in huge portion. Suggested to pay for the highest and enjoy all the top tier of wagyu meat. Sadly all meat are marinated with the same sauce, and it would be far better if salted meat offer for the bbq. And lastly the ice cream, strongly suggest you order one cup of sake and pour on the ice cream which you make you end on a high.
