One of our very favourite restaurants. The food is amazing and the Cheffs are excellent and very talented. The staff are friendly and always welcoming. Great menu with a wide selection, even cater for vegetarians. The salmon teriyaki is one of my favourites out of the very many delicious dishes. 👍👍

Casual style restaurant that is family friendly. Very generous serves and food loved by all.
Only thing was I felt the man who took our order which I presume was manager owner seemed a bit impatient whilst taking our order and not too friendly. Perhaps he had a hectic night...
A extremely expensive meal for just myself and two young children $89! We had sushi, soup, one main and one glass of wine.

Had a fantastic meal at Fujiyama . We always love Japanese and this was on the exceptional scale. The Sushi and Sashimi platter made for a fantastic entree. The presentation was awesome, the fish was fresh. What more can I say. Service was with a smile and excellent!

We love this restaurant. First to the movies next door then to enjoy our favorite family tempura which has fish, calamari, prawns and vegetables which costs $46 for two people. Always delicious and the batter is feather light. A large menu available if you’re not into tempura. Restaurant is byo or licensed . Definitely worth a visit 👍

A very fun night out with the family! All the traditional teppanyaki games - catching bowls of rice and un-cooked eggs. The chefs are very funny and not afraid to get you or the floor messy!
Food is delicious, the rice is especially good. The portions of meat could be bigger but what you get is really delicious.

Lovely little place in Brighton offering Teppanyaki. We had a girls night and a female chef. Everything was cooked on the grill to perfection and fresh. Great flavours and a great night with some entertainment as well.

Best edamame I've had, very fresh sashimi and sushi, and my main course the sizzling seafood was so so tasty... lots of prawns scallops and calamari in a dreamy white sauce-definetly a place you want to go back to given that there are so many delicious options to choose from. The kamikaze cocktail was so delicious and extremely good value for a cocktail at only $13.50 . All of the cocktails are around the same price and very well made . Very attentive and friendly staff and a pleasant warm atmosphere. A winner in Brighton.

Great menu, very tasty food and good service. The family tempura platter was very generous, gyoza were cooked perfectly, and the eggplant dish melts in your mouth. Only complaint is the toilet facilities need attention.

Really friendly restaurant. The staff were welcoming and went out if thier way by giving daughter some chocolates and a cake when they learned it was her birthday. It really make the meal special, Terry doing the teppanyaki was great entertainment as well.

Great restaurant for the family. Our boys aged 4, 9 and 11 totally enjoyed the experience. Lots of fun sitting opposite the grill, catching flying food and bowls of fried rice. Lots of laughs and mess!

Love this place. I've ordered takeaway from Fujiyama and have never had to wait longer than 45mins. The bento boxes are superb and great value for money. I would definitely recommend this place to anybody looking for a tasty, quick, reasonably priced Japanese.
