This was the first time having an acai bowl and I was so surprised how refreshing and tasty it was. Staff were super friendly and their service is fast despite having a number of customers. This cute spot is located near the beach where you can take your dog on a walk and head to the beach with your acai bowl.
I ordered the Bowl with the Lot and for $15, it filled me up to the rim of my stomach. The purple acai on the bottom was the perfect amount of sweet, and it went so well with the sweet sour strawberries, the crispy buckinis, the mushy bliss balls and the salty yet creamy peanut butter sauce.
I definitely want to try their other dishes here in summertime, and try their shakes and other bowls as many times as I can, because there was not one bit of guilty feeling after finishing that bowl.
Delicious acai bowls, I do feel that they fill the bowl up with loads of dry toppings and not much actual acai mix. However, I am looking forward to trying a vegan jackfruit taco! š
Bowl with the lot is my go to! Delish and you can try everything. The employees are really lovely and orders are done quite quickly. Theyāve extended out back so itās nice sit down and enjoy meal!
After much anticipation of trying the well talked about aƧai bowls, it did not fail to disappoint! Although slightly disappointed with the unfriendly greeting, the fashionable and trendy environment was a pleasant delight. With heaps of food options and big serving sizes, you will not be left hungry!
Within a matter of seconds of ordering, my bowl was ready and looked better than ever. Generous serves of toppings with a lovely thick smoothie base.
Good pricing in comparison to other places - worth paying a visit too.
If vegan, gluten-free, paleo, organic, or raw is what you wish to find,
Head on down to Soul Press in Brighton, their smoothies and aƧai bowls will blow your mind.
I got the snicker bowl topped with a āvegan snickers sliceā,
And although it tasted nothing like itās un-vegan snickers bar counterpart, I thought it tasted pretty nice.
Iāve analysed their aƧai bowls a few times now and what differs them from the rest,
Is the piles of toppings and consistent quality, it simply is the best.
So if your feeling like something a little bit pricey, vegan, gluten-free, paleo, raw, organic, fancy and instagrammable locate soul press and take a seat,
Then go ahead, order a bowl with the lot, and get your camera ready, youāre in for a treat.
BEST acai bowls in Melbourne... on point with variety of Acai bowl options....friendly staff .....great atmosphere... great quick service...great value for money.... only downside... it takes me 40mins to get there (lol) but certainly worth the drive on a regular basis and good excuse to go for a stroll along the beach after this nutritional super food lunch..... LOVE LOVE LOVE this place.... āāāing all the boxes!!!!
Came here the other day for a quick bite and had the peanut butter and honey Super Bowl. It was really tasty and surprisingly filling! Wasnāt too sweet and the flavours worked well together.
The venue is quite nice and not too crowded - I most likely will be back soon to try one of the other super bowls.
Soul Press love the beach - they have cafes at Mornington, Edithvale/Chelsea and Brighton and so they have you covered whichever beach-side town you like to visit. The nourishing aƧai bowls are famous here, as are the delicious smoothies - an aƧai bowl for mummy and a smoothie for bubba please! There are tables out the front for mums with prams and once you have finished your meal you can take a stroll on the beach - or why not grab to go?! @plantbasedmum_
This place is consistently good! I always get the pink goddess smoothie or one of the acai bowls and they are always delicious. The raw desserts are great too but are pricy. I probably wouldn't recommend the 'soul food' as well as it is expensive for what it is and you don't get that much per serve.
But do come here for a bowl or smoothie as they are great and they come out pretty quickly!
The food was good. The sweet bowls were amazing and recommend them highly. The snickers bar was delicious. The savoury bowls were a bit dry and needed more sauce or something to make it more flavoursome. The staff rushed us to order and didn't feel very welcoming. But the atmosphere was lovely.
If you werenāt a fan of AƧai bowls before, Iām almost positive Soul Press will change your mind! So far, they are the only place I have really enjoyed them, so much I travel from west to south east. They have a mission to promote awareness about the importance of living a healthy, active lifestyle.
The menu is full of all the good stuff, superfood bowls and smoothies, fresh pressed juices and food for the soul. There is an abundance of gluten free, dairy free, vegan and sugar free options, so something for everyone.
They have around 10 different AƧai bowls to choose from, all slightly different. I went with the Bliss Superfood Bowl which was topped with caramelised buckinis, strawberries, coconut chips, Choc goji, muesli and an extra addition of their natural peanut butter (no aƧai bowl should be without!). It was delicious, generous, perfect consistency and a pleasant combination of textures and flavours.
A perfect refreshing treat for a hot summer day, take one away to the nearest beach and enjoy āļø
The acai bowls here are the best I've had. The quality of the ingredients is always high and they offer a great range of options. I would have been here over 30 times and I've always found the service to be great.
Amazing food and service, however, I was disappointed in the high amount of waste. When sitting in, the only cups we could use were plastic ones that ended up in the bin. Surely reusable cups could be used instead, as well as reusable bowls and cutlery for those sitting in - better for the environment. Otherwise, love it.
They have recently moved a couple of doors down, the old place looks closed but still has soul press Signage, so don't get confused. The shop has a nice calm vibe to it, but less space and seating to the Edith Vale store, but has the same good service and menu as any other soul press store.
Food is nice, though we found the Chia base has less banana and was a bit more tart than normal, when we inquired the staff said they might have differences in the amount of banana they put in the base, Edith Vale may be putting more banana in there base. I would go to Edith Vale as their base is more balanced, but this food was good as well.
We went there around closing time, but staff were patient and courteous and accommodated us as long as they could, very happy with the experience.
