Friendly, attentive service and amazing food. Crab linguine is to die for, also recommend the Panacotta. I’ve found my happy place. Perfect start to the week.
Service, menu, staff, knowledge of menu ingredients, wine selection all magic. A beautiful meal, traditional and so flavoursome, quantity perfect and simply a perfect night....
We had truffle mushroom pizza, arancini balls, calamari and meatballs. The truffle mushroom pizza and arancini balls were our favourite. Just the right amount of cheese and truffle without being over the top.
Great pasta, good service and a bit of a heavy price point. Gnocchi was delicious, however, there’s definitely better options for that price
Great happy hour! Everyday from 4-6 I think, $5 glasses of house wine and other specials. Check out the website for specials they have during the week. Make sure you book if you can because it gets busy. Starters are actually quite big, meatballs are great and very traditional. Pastas are delicious. Peach, Straciatella and Proscuitto salad is great for a lunch time with a glass of wine. Pizza's have been somewhat hit and miss in the past. I think the prawn pizza needs more prawns. The Nduja charcuterie is great (not sure if its house made) and in winter they do mulled wine!!
Stopped by this swish, buzzing little bar for drinks & coffee the other day. My order was just coffee, but colleagues enjoyed a few quick tipples! Score of 4 for service & coffee, both were very good. Coffee was rich & smooth with ample strength
Busy little Italian, friendly staff. Food was tasty, been here before, experience is consistent. Good for a quick bite if you have an hour for lunch. Highly recommended.
The sandcrab linguine with lemon butter + chilli is seriously the best I have ever had. I'm told the pork paparadelle was just as good. Serving size was good for lunch but might need to be a bit more generous for dinner. Pizzas are classic. Service was excellent.
Delicious pasta! Came here on a Friday after work. Pretty busy - so book if you can or get there before 5. Shared the prawn and crab pasta, and pork and red wine parpadelle. Both were amazing! Friendly service even though it was pretty busy. Can't wait to go back! Looking forward to trying their $20 cheese and wine.
A couple days ago, I had the pleasure of meeting up with one of my favourite reviewers, the charming and witty Cino's Mum, after a complete disaster small hiccup with some dinner arrangements the night before, we settled on Coppa Spuntino, being close to work for a cozy midweek lunch. Cino's Mum's making a reservation proved very useful as the restaurant was full within 10 minutes. Menus were provided immediately upon sitting down. The options were sparse, but contained all the Italian essentials that I would have wanted. Being the decisive people that we are, it didn't take long before we were able to order.
Delicious, real Italian. The duck ragu pappardelle was absolutely magnificent- Warming and rich ragu with lovely thick ribbons of fresh pasta.
Staff were wonderfully friendly. I will definitely come back when I'm in Brisbane 😊
I went here yesterday for dinner with a colleague. It had good reviews and I felt like eating some nice Pizza so I thought I'd check it out.
We ordered the Duck Pate for starters and it was fantastic. It came with really nice toasted bread dripping with hot butter and herbs.
That was followed by the "Pizzetta" (Pizza served on a wooden board). I had the Prawn and Chilli pizza which was really nice. What made it really unique for me was the really high quality, sweet tomato base which I hadn't tasted like that before.
The finale was the chocolate mousse dessert. It was mixed in with all sorts of crunchy toppings including chocolate sprinkles and goodness knows what else. All I know is that it was so awesome I wanted more!
Highly recommended and a great venue in the CBD.
First time dining there and definitely will be back again soon. IMHO one of the best Italian restaurant in QLD. Absolutely impeccable food and excellent attentive service.
Thank you for making our anniversary memorable and beautiful :)
Food was absolutely amazing!
The waiters however need more training for dietary requirements. I can’t have cream and our waiter did not know the difference between something containing cream and the dish being creamy. So he said there was maybe 1 main I could eat however after speaking to the manager I could have most dishes on the menu..
Coppa was such a great dining experience. The service along with the food were amazing. I wanted to try everything on their menu. We ended up going with the Focaccia bread, Scallop with Proscuitto and Apple, Fried artichoke, Crab Linguine, Broccolini, Lemon Tart and Tiramisu. My favourite would have to be the Scallop with Proscuitto and Apple on top. I ate it with the focaccia bread and it went so well together. Coppa was a bit pricey. My rather small plate of Crab Linguine was $40 but everything else was well priced and delicious.
Service was good and the venue is beautiful.
Wine fantastic!
Food as a whole was good. The calamari was amazing but I didn’t rate the arancini or eggplant starters at all. The pastas were all ready fresh and delicious and so that made up for the starters.
We had a lamb pasta and the squid ink risotto. The lamb was super well done, soft and juicy. I tried the risotto and it was great too. Great ambiance, great service, great food.
The seafood pasta was very nice. The chicken was a bit of a let down. Overall experience was very nice.
Dee and Sana are absolutely amazing waitstaff and the bartender made the best cocktails I have ever had! Thank you so much for saving us from the rain and serving the most delicious meals!
