First time here to The Burrito Bar at Forest lake shopping centre. I went after-work, around 3.15pm. I ordered the sweet potato wedges with spicy dipping sauce from their vegan menu. The wedges were fine, nicely seasoned and of decent portion size however, my only concern was the dipping sauce which was without a doubt NOT vegan. It was very creamy as compared to traditional egg yolk mayonnaise.
The service was fine and the place was relatively busy. I will be back to try more food. Thanks SARDS.
Additionally, I have been back since, I tried the jalapeno Poppers, which were ok, the coating was very thick and as the jalapenos were cut in half prior to coating them, they come of as being not as good as they could be. But again the service was fine . I will be back again to try more options. Thanks very much. SARDS.
The food tastes good and is worth the price. The service is friendly. The setting is lovely and adds to the feel of the restaurant. The seating is comfortable but only somewhat private. The music is sometimes a bit loud for flowing conversation. Having to order at the counter is annoying, but sometimes wait staff will come around to take your order. This is more likely in the evening. Overall, a good restaurant for casual dining and good food and drink.
I eat here frequently and love the chicken wings. Kids go for the burritos.
Service is pretty good. Sometimes it's busy and you have to wait but that's ok.

Great nachos, fresh guacamole, attentive service and generous drink servings. Nice sitting outside - thanks for a good dinner, we will be back!
Have been here 5 or so times. Getting better with each visit as the staff are finding their groove. It might not be the most authentic Mexican, but the food is tasty and quick and the sangria is really delicious. $1.95 tacos on Monday nights is now our weekly fav.
