The karaage chicken curry bowl is an absolute winner in my opinion! So much food for a very reasonable price. Also comes with miso soup. Will be ordering from here again.

What an absolute gem. Small sushi train compared to some others but boy do they make good sushi. Also a fantastic service provided by all the staff.
It gets a bit busy but understandable once you dine in. It’s no wonder they won the best sushi train in Aus 2018. Really impressed.
Always a busy place and deservedly so. The food is fresh and always replenished so you don’t have to wait too long. Our favorites are the seafood dishes which don’t disappoint.

This would be the best sushi on Northside. Has been eating from here for atleast past 6yrs. Never a let down. And always a warm welcome. free parking too
Sushi is always fresh, hot and quickly served. Has a great sushi reward program to accumulate points to exchange for sushi train merchandise or $$ off your meal. Staff are always friendly, polite and accommodating. Booth seats are great for friends but you can pull up a stool for a quick lunch. Always happy to drive further for this franchise, Carseldine Sushi Train never disappoints.
My first time sushi training and I’m sold! The sushi was unbelievably fresh, and they were all over replenishing everything regularly. The highlight for me was the crumbled chicken and avocado nigiri - make sure you get this! I was dining alone as travelling for work and didn’t feel uncomfortable at all, the staff were lovely and accommodating.
Probably the best restaurant of the sushi train franchise. Really fresh sushi and good service, however some rolls could have been on the conveyor belt all day which makes me a bit uneasy but still tasted good.
Sushi Train Carseldine is hands down the best sushi restaurant I've been to in Brisbane.
As a chain restaurant I did not expect too much on my first visit but it blew my mind.
It has an extensive range of Nigiri that are hardly ever available in other sushi restaurants such as Shimesaba, Tsubugai, Frilled Scallops, Ikura based sushi etc. Aburi selection was great as well. Most of all, everything I tried was fresh and made to perfection.
Customer service was also fantastic. Staff members were very friendly and welcoming.
Would recommend to any first timers and sushi lovers.
Absolute favourite sushi train. Perfect seared salmon sushi. All sushi tasted fresh and high quality. Friendly staff and service. Atmosphere was great as well.
Most of the sushi is good and the quality is mostly consistent. Occasionally, I'll get items that are fall apart quite easily.
When requesting utensils and condiments for delivery things have been inconsistent. Half the time I won't get chopsticks at all. Other times I'll get a random quantity of soy sauce and ginger whether I ordered it or not. Sometimes those things won't be included at all. Not great when all of those things are paid for when ordering it for delivery.
There was a good variety of dishes on the train, especially considering we attended on a Tuesday evening. The negative was the hot dishes I ordered were not freshly cooked, but lifted off the train and we're like warm at best.
We always use Carseldine sushi train for platters at work and they are always amazing! Have had some customer service and quality issues in the past with this location but they have always been quick to resolve them and are under good management. Would highly recommend!
Our local station serves as our favourite sushi input. Be careful with your timing, as the store can be extremely busy during peak times. Have waited 45+ minutes for a takeaway order after being told 20-30 minutes, but in the grand scheme of life, it’s not the worst thing that can happen to you. Seriously. Especially if you’re chowing down on a wagu capsi ship at the end!
Amazing quality food. Fresh sashimi and nigiri options. Lovely staff. The only thing I can fault with this place is the long wait on the food. But seeing as how popular this place is, its definitely worth it.
