Great breaky burger and coffee!
I don’t get out for brunch enough. But when I do, I do it well! Hence my visit to Little Red Providore in Brisbane’s Red Hill. I’d heard that the food here was great and seen a few Instagram posts so had added it to my list of places to visit and the opportunity finally came up and I’m so glad it did.
Little Red Providore has a homely and inviting atmosphere. It is very nicely decorated with a rustic style which gives the cafe charm. Food and coffee is amazing and one of the reasons why I always go back!
First up coffee was excellent, Tobys Estate brew so was expecting great flavor. Ordered the huevos ranchereos which proved to be a pleasant change for breakfast. The beans were nicely spiced, as was the fresh salsa. Guacamole smooth & rich finished with coriander & lime plus not to forget the fried eggs . Loved the interior with all the rustic knick knacks & home baked goodies including bread
we had our staff xmas party here. Christmas in July. The venue was fabulous. Staff so accommodating. Most of all the food was fantastic. We all had a great night and look forward to doing it again next year. Thank you Little Red Providore.
As a regular, when it is good, it is awesome!I'm not vegetarian, but the vegie-haloumi wrap is a reasonably priced favourite!
Sometimes things take a bit longer than planned when upstairs and downstairs are full, but the menu they deliver is ambitious for the staff and kitchen that they have. Generally the service is great and staff are friendly.
Had a brekkie at this café around on Sunday early morning. As usual, I was the first customer of the day. There were four staff working on the floor so I could imagine that this café should be a busy one. My gaze browsing around and found that they sell some grocery items to the locals as well. In addition, I could see the passion from the staff by judging the way that they kept adjusting the setting on the vacant tables to make sure they were all ready for the coming diners. Ordered a flat white and a bacon & egg wrap. Well, Tony Estate definitely would not let me down particularly with the nice pouring skill from the barista. The wrap was surprisingly soft and the bacon and egg were well balanced. By adding a little bit of the accompanied tomato jam, that made the whole wrap jumping up to another level. Great experience. Friendly staff, food was delicious, coffee was good too! Really nice atmosphere and it wasn’t too busy. We sat downstairs where there was a fan but I’d say it would be pretty hot on a hot day as I don’t they they have aircon. Small menu but I think quality and fresh. The Avocado toast was so much better than anticipated. I’ll definitely be back!!
Nice Cafe situated not far from the city with a good choice on the menu. Big breakfast is sure to delight your taste buds and a hot cuppa to wash that all down. Chef Ja'nelle and staff keep you coming back for more. Lots of bric a brac things to look at and buy. Enjoy.
Charming cafe with good coffee and yummy food. I had the special but there were many more delicious-sounding options to choose from. Will definitely return for a second visit some day.
Amazing food and coffee. This was my go to place when i used to live in Kelvin Grove. It’s got a very aesthetic interior. The staff are very friendly.
Lots of Reviews mentioning the long waits and times, I ordered avocado on toast, regular toast and a coffee. All of which were sat in front of me within 10 minutes of ordering.
I've had avocado on toast at about 50 different cafes and restaurants all with their own little twist. Sometimes with salmon, sometimes with eggs. But this was definitely the best I've ever had.
It's one piece of bread. But it's an inch thick, with an entire mashed avocado and half a brick of feta and herbs on top.

Had seen photos of their brekky bao and wanted to visit during a quick overnight trip to Brisbane. We weren't disappointed! The bao were delicious and 3 to a plate - more than filling. More than that, the service was excellent. I wish we'd gotten the names of the girls behind the counter who were cheerful and friendly, as if no ask were too difficult for them. Will absolutely be visiting again!
Wow the chilli scrambled egg was spicy, but lovely.
