Amazing food, the mee goreng chicken is authentic and delicious. It's a small space but the staff were very kind and flexible with fitting our table of 8. Will definitely be coming back!
I really enjoyed my takeaway seafood Mee Goreng. Jun Japanese and Malaysian Cuisine are a gem and provided a tasty dish with good proportion. Thank you! :)
Until I read the review from Xellesia Newton then I understand why such new fusion of Japanese + Malaysian cuisine serving on the menu. I meant to explore this restaurant for a while but it only trades dinner from Thursday to Sunday so a little bit hard to arrange the time. Eventually, we arranged the dinner at this eatery last night. Honestly, the dinning area is not that big and there are only four tables (accommodate max 12 people) inside and more tables setting at the al fresco area. We ordered the oyster furai and yakitori to taste the Japanese cuisine for entrees and Ipoh Chicken Ho Fun and Seafood Mee Goreng for the Mains. In addition, I liked to try the Malaysian coffee as well. The fried oysters were not the best that I had but taste was good (3.5/5). Yakitori saved marks due to the juicy meat from chicken thigh and yummy sauce (4/5). Mee Goreng recalled me the episode that I had in Bali with very generous portion and good size of king prawns (4/5). Hero should be the Ho Fun, the running Egg was prepared spot-on, not too watery and not too thick. Ho Fun was full of “Wok Qi”, thumb-up👍(4.5/5). Before I left, the chef did give me a good reason of why trading for four nights only. It is because he needs to do catering in the morning. What a successful business!
