This is a really nice little place just on the other side of the Woolloongabba Bus Station.
I have only been there once so far but was extremely happy with my visit.
They have a lot of great specials for breakfast and or lunch between $10-$15.
I had the Chicken Schnitzel, I really like how they use the air fryer machine to cook it, it's very tasty and crunchy, reminds me of an old work place that used the same method.
The customer service is also top notch, I made a booking to go in the next day but they had to close early and sent me a text message to let me know what was happening.
I really appreciate it when I see a business that values it's customers very highly like that.
I will definitely be back again sometime after Christmas or the new year.
Have a Merry Christmas :)

Brilliant little coffee and food shop opposite Woolloongabba busway. After only my 3rd fortnightly visit, the gorgeous Indian lady knew my regular order. Cheerful, clean, spacious, bright. Perfect place to while away a bit of time before an appointment. Great prices too, and generous food helpings.

I ordered eggs on toast via menulog. The restaurant was more than helpful to accommodate a change from sour dough to Turkish bread when I phoned. I would definitely order from the cafe again. Excellent customer service and top notch poached eggs.

We came for breakfast and were not disappointed. The choices of brekkie are limited but great. The prices are perfect and host are very warm & friendly. We had avo on toast which came with slices of halloumi and balsamic vinegar dressing, wand was good as even a shared plate if you don’t want a heavy brekkie. The cappuccinos, regular and soy were well made. Brekkie on a small budget sorted!

Great place to meet for that 1 on 1 Business catch up, Coffee & Food are above expectations and well priced. They also have a special menu for AFL game nights including quite a selection of $10 meals and have many interstate and international regulars who attend the annual Cricket games at the Gabba. Worth a try!

This is a very well located coffee shop that offers not only a good coffee or lunch but also a personalised service. I often come here for a business meetings or just to sit down and relax. The staff is always very friendly and takes time to get to know its customers.

Correct me if I am wrong. I think this cafe has been changed management since my last visit. The obvious change is the additional news agency service here.
Noticed that it is running a promo of bacon & scrambled egg burger with coffee at $9.50 so gave it a go.
There is only one friendly lady running the show so the service is slightly slow. However, it only took around eight minutes to have my brekkie on the table.
Coffee of Belaroma was exceptionally large but the real surprise should be the bread roll for the burger. It was as soft as the cotton. Besides that the high quality bacon and well prepared scrambled egg deserved my thumb-up.
Perfect job!
Last visit: Sep 2018 4/5

Good belaroma blend coffee here with very attentive barista. Ask for it strong & you will receive! Cosy rustic little cafe on a very busy road at the Gabba. You can sit on the couch & dream away the day & prices are reasonable too

Decent coffee and reasonable price. Ordered a burger that had obviously been frozen, and took awhile to be reheated. Interior decor is nice, neither pretentious nor sterile like most other coffee places in W'gabba.

So, Christmas Eve. Just finishing off business before the next day comes across to complete the year before the next busy post-holiday haul begins. That was the case with my dining buddy here. Sparing most of the details, there were a couple of errands that needed to be completed and both of us are opportunistic to make any trip out a chance to find a new coffee place. Around the Christmas period, this is a little harder to find a place. However, we found ourselves going through Woolloongabba on the way between point A and B, and I spotted this place being open in the corner of my eye. With a quick find of a car-park, it was a brief stop off for on the go, and back on our way.

This is one of several places to eat just across the road and busway from the big Government center, and in sight from the sports stadium. Many places are on the trendy side, but this place is not - it has the piquant character that is lost in time and will be welcome until kingdom come.

It certainly has a winner with the aesthetic, contrasting the hot, bright outside with a cool, and cosy interior. The design tows a line between being modest and having a distinctive character; managing to have a small area it helps in making it appear very cute. All kinds of posters and paintings are around the walls, the furniture is cheap, with no real pattern or plan (one seat was even right behind the counter) and they even have a few lounges for longer term stays. Reading material in the forms of magazines and newspapers are available to peruse over the coffee as well. From time to time musicians come in and perform.

The service here was a bit, just a'ight. It wasn't outright awful, and the speed of delivery was decent - you were out of there before you knew it for on the go orders. The guy there was never really engaging in any way, and that might have been a bit lost with the potential they have with the outlay.

One of the pluses for Coffee@The Gabba is that the menu is really cheap. Most things can be chased for less that $15 with bus fare left at the end. The selection isn't anything extraordinary, mostly just some basic cafe fare - an all day breakfast and mainly of the usual choices: burgers, pasta, sandwiches, chicken parmigana etc plus the usual kinds of drinks of coffees, teas, milkshakes and all sorts. Of course, to go with the drinks there is a range of sweets to choose from in the cabinet.

The coffee that they use comes from Belaroma. This is one of the best blends of coffee that can be found from around town. Some of the best places I have been have used this as their bean, and it has been the formation for some of the tastiest, and most well put together coffees. Overall, it tends to be a really forgiving bean and contains a wide pallet of flavours. Which is why it is a pity to say the coffee was inadequate here. While it was still drinkable, the doppio I got was bitter and tasted a little on the burnt side probably from a poor extraction process. And it was a black coffee that I ordered, which is only about two steps at most.

To go on the side with the coffee, I went for a jam drop. This was actually pretty good. They were reasonable with the amount of raspberry jam that they put in the middle, and the biscuit was soft and buttery in texture. That is about it - a simple, nice little sweet for a side to coffee. So, it shows that some of the potential is being lived up with some good quality, wholesome food.

For a place that had such as good atmosphere, looked a lot like the coffee shops that you see in indie movies, and had quite a few people hanging around it, this place should have really been a lot better. That can be chalked up to an inferior product. I really wanted to like it from the aesthetic, the convenience and the cosy but the closing deal was not met. To me, a place with coffee in the name ought to really deliver in that concept other products be damned - even if the food is really good, it has a feeling of being short-changed with coffee that is subpar.

Coffee at the Gabba is a cosy little breakfast place that's run by some great people. Make your order, grab a paper or a book, sit down watch some news have a chat with the owners. Then the food comes out and I must say they're definitely the largest portions of most breakfast places in Brisbane, especially the eggs benedict which is actually really good here. The coffee here is good too. All round it's just very good value for money.

When the Gabba's on they are on!. Best value food for that pregame meal, old fashion adult size servings and great NEW Coffee to top off a great experience.
Looks to have quite a following in conjunction with every home game and the cricket, most of the clients know the menu and respect the fact that everything is made fresh, given that their crew processed our order in a prompt manner.
Can't wait for the footy season to kick off and become a regular.

Great coffee great food & great people!. Having come across coffee at the Gabba is truely a great cuppa, in a relaxed environment where you can go for a stroll and pick up the paper for a read or chat to the very friendly and entertaining staff. My morning favourite is the big breakfast which is cooked to perfection. Eggs are perfect, bacon is good quality and everything else added tastes delicious! No shortage on portion size and if you think you can fit anything else in after that well you got to try there muffins..yum! For me working in the CBD i have tried lots of coffee but these guys just get it right so its pretty hard not to have a second mug on my way to work. The menu pricing is also very reasonable, definetly value for money and i just love going there. Check it out!
