I regularly order pizza from here, my order has never been stuffed up and the quality of the food is always at a high standard in terms of presentation and taste. The store manager is really great and friendly, the customer service experience is always a pleasure. This evening I was served by a young man named Tom, he was so well presented and his customer service was impeccable, I was very impressed and delighted to be served by somebody so young, so polite and so professional. These guys are fast! Their delivery staff are unbelievable and so committed. We ordered in torrential rain and figured a car would drop off our food. The loveliest guy who was absolutely soaked to the bone turned up at our door with the sunniest smile apologising profusely for the delay because he got lost. He was on a bike! Cannot get over his fantastic attitude and approach to getting the job done. Whoever hired him, take a bow. He's worth his weight in gold.
