Really enjoyed the food. Beef short ribs were nice and tender. The ribs were delicious and my son loved them. The pulled pork was lovely with some drippings. The sour kraut could have been more sour but that’s personal taste for you. Best part was chatting with the two pit masters. Make sure you engage as they are passionate but their craft and need your support. Good blokes and a great effort.

Friendly service and really well cooked meat that falls off the bone. Great menu selections with not only burgers but tacos and bao too. Go for the share platter to try a bit of everything and byo takeaway container.

Great food and service all round. Yummy pork ribs cooked to perfection! I took home the left over pork slider burger because I couldn't leave it to waste. It was still awesome the next day. Pretty good value for the quality and amount of food you get with your money, especially in Gold Coast.

The food was amazing and the staff were really friendly and very helpful. My partner is vegan and very picky with her food but they worked around it and got her exactly what she wanted. Very happy definitely recommend anything with beef as the beef is cooked to perfection.

My husband and myself have kept this place as our go to for carnivore of after gym bulking 🤣. We absolute love this place from the sausage the ribs the brisket and dont get started on the mash thats on another level. Hands down best ribs and smoked meat weve had if you compare to the other places we have been. The place is quiet and simple but that doesnt bother me im just there for the good eats and they always deliver me with that. Service is always pleasant. I highly recommend this place if you are looking for some good meat eating 😅

Thanks to the team at BSH. First time in yesterday evening and got the large sharing plate for the family to share. Was absolutely awesome, Ribs and Pork shoulder amazing. Great job, can't wait to come back in soon. Keep up the good work and good food.

I have had a few lots of ribs and briskets in my time and none compare to what is available here, the service and atmosphere are awesome and friendly. The $1.50 massive chicken wings are unreal and very moorish. Very pet friendly too. 🐕😊
