Superb, delicious, fresh and super accomodating to my coeliac self! It took a bit longer to prepare as they wash the sushi prep boards & knives before making your Gluten Free sushi separately. So worth the stop!
Amazing. My favourite place to eat in Byron. The food is fantastic and the service is great. Really nice staff.
Litterallt my favoruite Japanese sushi restaurant ever! Their food is fantastic with friendly staff. We ordered heaps of delicious dishes and each one didn't fail to disappoint! It is worth you money, not too pricey with a huge range of dishes. My favoruite was the Spicy Salmon Roll, Mixed Sashimi (very fresh) and the Silken Tofu Bento Box (quite filling). Loved visiting and will be back soon :)
We randomly choose this restaurant to have some sushi for lunch and went in. They greeted with a smile, the person who served was enthusiastic about serving food and our experience. Miso soup, avo and cucumber sushi, edamame, were a highlight. Nice drink options too.
Would definitely visit again
Unbelievable food and service from Anna. 3 of us ate last night and every single mouthful was delicious, top shelf stuff. We had a mix of meat, vegetarian and vegan. So impressed with this hidden gem! Cocktails were brilliant thanks to Kevin whose service is also amazing! Definitely be coming back!
Food was delicious
Service Good
Just some of the staff confuse the table no. Or order
Decent vegan options. Unfortunately the menu has changed a bit in the last few years but some older menu items available if you ask. So sad to see the train taken out too :( rip. The cauliflower Karaage alone is definitely worth a visit though š¤¤
This place gets busy, so try to book or eat outside popular times. The pricing is fair, but the dishes are hit and miss... I like Japanese food (have been to japan 7 times in the past) and what I expected to be top notch was a little disappointing. The maki was terrible, and the spicy tuna roll wasn't very good, the rice was too dry and cold. The tuna nigiri was ok. The kingfish aburi was good, but the absolute stand out was the spicy tofu fingers. So that's 2* for the tuna, 5* for both the tofu and kingfish aburi. Free green tea was a nice touch.
Absolutely brilliant experience. Arrived at 7pm and they were packed. But the young FoH manager was able to somehow find space for us after a 10 minute wait.
Food was amazing with the special of parsnip and kingfish. A really interesting combination with what I think was Japanese pepper and citrus notes.
We then went with the eggplant, sashimi, karrage and tempura prawns. All perfect and showing the skill of the kitchen.
Will be back again.
