Delicious meal, great service, reasonable prices. The veal really was veal, not yearly beef and the seafood dish superb. Best we've found in Cairns and on a par with any of the best in Melbourne. We'll be back.

Had a great experience at the La Fettuccina Restaurant. The service staff are great and friendly. The food was amazing as well and sharing is possible. In particular, my family and I enjoyed the scallops, raw beef and risotto. The sticky date dessert was super good too that in fact, I think the restaurant can consider adding it to their menu officially. Thankful for the wonderful dinner experience.
Holidayed from the Sunshine Coast to Cairns, ate at some great restaurants and this was the Jewel in the crown. Fresh seafood and pasta. Fantastic flavours, great atmosphere and service. Congrats to the proprietors you have excelled.

We got there about 7 pm and got the last table so it may pay to book ahead. Prices are fair and the food good. Try the scallop entree. All good. Jim

Well what a night.. The staff were lovely, John the owner was very welcoming, and at the end of the night he and the head chef came out and sat down and had a chat with us.
The food is scrumptious, we had a taster entree of scallops cooked in a lemony butter garlic sauce, bruschetta and garlic bread, mains we had a variety of food between pasta dishes and meat dishes, just wanted to try everything. Then dessert had a good array of choices we decided on the traditional tiramisu, it was so good and a decent size. In fact all the dishes sizes were quite large.
We topped the night off with a glass of Port compliments of the owner, because it was our 30th wedding anniversary.
Definitely glad my son suggested going here, good to support a family run business. Will definitely be back!
