Review Spice Affair Indian Cuisine - Canberra

Best Goat dish in Canberra. The mutter paneer was delicious as well. Really loved the Tawa Goat which we asked to be made spicy. First time at this restaurant and I am already impressed with the setting, the ambience and staff friendliness and service. Will return another day.

Tried their Andhra Mutton curry and Eggplant Masala. If you are a fan of spicy food you must try them (you can ask mild too). We ended up with the desert platter and it was fab. The staff was very nice. Highly recommended.

An affair I would like to have again!! Yep. :) If you are looking for a very tasty Indian food in the Gungahlin area, this is the place. Indian food kept the Indian way, instead of modernizing n messing up like many other places lately. Quantity was good for the price. That's a win!! Mid size dining area, highly recommended to reserve in advance during peak hours. The service was great, food was brought in the right order n perfect timing. The host stopped by to check mid dining which lot of places doesn't do these days. Good range in the bar, and a toilet facility available too.

The food is very good. The space is very clean. They customize most foods to suit the spice/heat level. The owners are very friendly. I visit this restaurant Everytime we pass by Canberra.. this is our go to place.

We are from Dubbo and I was searching for good Indian restaurants near to Lawson. I found this restaurant. Great food and great service. The staff is really friendly and the taste is very authentic. So glad we ate here. Will definitely visit again. For all the interstate travellers this place is a must try. 10 out of 10

Spice Affair is a must go to if you are a fan of Indian Cuisine. The food is simply superb - plenty of spices and taste and cooked perfectly. I had the mutton curry and this did not disappoint - it was medium but still plenty spicy enough and made me sweat, but not so spicy that it was not flavourful. My dining companions went vegetarian with a paneer curry that tasted like butter chicken - this was also highly recommended! Breads were also done to perfection. Highly recommended and worth the trip if you are staying in Canberra CBD.
