Decent amount of food but milk shake was average (it tasted like chocolate meal replacement drink😐). As you can see, food looks so pretty😍 I'd go back for qt dessert nek time!
Ricardo's at Jamison Plaza is a popular place for coffee and breakfast/lunch. They have a separate vegan menu, as well as a couple of vegan dessert options on display at the counter. We went at breakfast time and ordered the big breakfast, granola and raw snickers bar. The servings were quite generous, so we left feeling very satisfied. The raw snickers bar was probably big enough for four people. The granola came with fresh fruit and some dollops of what seemed like a vegan lemon butter. Very nice indeed.
Absolutely buzzing here. Finally checked out this place after hearing many great reviews from friends. Enjoyed a mocha and malteser cake. Mocha was perfectly balanced and not too sweet but the temperature could have been much warmer. The cake I had was beautifully decorated but almost a bit too chilled. Reasonably priced for the portion size you get. Looking around the meals looked quiet generous in serving size as well. I was excited to try everything at once but I'll pace myself out and definitely be back for a meal and more !
Went here earlier today after I finished my night shift at work. Efficient service, food and coffee were served immediately ( which was good, because by that time I was ravenously hungry). I ordered the zucchini and corn fritters, which came with two poached eggs, pearl couscous salad and the pink sauce. What deterred me was the fact that it was a cold morning and they did not turn on the heater.
Otherwise, it is a decent place to have brunch if you are around Bruce/Belconnen. Would come back here to give the desserts a go as they look really yum!
This place has the most friendly and efficient staff that I've ever encountered.

Came here on a Sunday morning, was super busy and deafeningly loud, but made a pretty ok big breakfast (aside from the potato rosti) and double espresso.

One of my 2016 goals is to work my way through the cake menu at Ricardo’s – I feel like I started this quest with a bang! I am a huge fan of Snickers bars, and the Ricardo’s interpretation on this classic chocolate bar is utterly divine. Firstly, the size of this cake is just right (I’d say it’s even slightly bigger than your average icecream) for an afternoon tea snack, but be prepared for rich decandence! The peanuts scattered over the outer shell are dusted in edible gold sparkly dust (yep, that’s the technical term), making it not only tasty (peanuts) but also very pretty (sparkly!). Service is good, half hour wait for food reasonable given the crowd.
Lunch fare was average. Dry duck and chicken. One half wrap had lost its filling before getting to us.
But then came dessert and coffee. Alien - amaze balls, snickers and wagon wheel will never be the same. And the Cookie Monster just divine. Definitely the place for that special cake or treat.
I have been going to Ricardo's for years! It's a super busy cafe that serves amazing looking and delicious cakes, yummy food, good coffee and consistent service. They recently opened another cafe in Woden called Space. A good cafe in the suburbs and somewhere you can also go for high tea. I've taken visitors here from interstate and we usually get smaller cakes from Ricardo's to celebrate birthdays! It's a great way to taste a bit of everything. I've also ordered larger cakes for special occasions! Ricardo's is like Canberra's Zumbo. If you want a cronut or a macaron in Canberra you'll find them here! The cake cabinet is insane!
Delicious Eggs Benedict and long black. Reasonably priced and staff were very friendly. Will definitely be back to try out their awesome looking range of cakes.

Super busy on a weekday morning, but still received fast service. Definitely worth it :) Food servings were a great size and there was a lot of variety. Everything looked beautiful and was delicious! Outdoor seating was great as the heaters were working well. Will definitely come again!

The food was absolutely divine. The portions were not too large. The menu ensures that they is something for everyone. I had the potato and chorizo skillet and it was just perfect.

Delicious food, amazing cakes (like, unbelievably artistic looking cakes that you don't even want to eat because you'll ruin how good they look!), very clean and very nice atmosphere you'll forget you're in Jamison! Friendly staff too and very well priced. Highly recommend for an every day coffee place or somewhere to go for an occasion.
Great fast service. Well balanced flavours but portions could be a little bigger. Coffee and a Portuguese tart are a great quick treat if you're in a rush
Delicious food as always, and service with a genuine smile. We ordered the Eggs Benedict with salmon and the Lemon Meringue Hotcakes which were both tasty and filling. Would be nice to have a few more DF options on the regular menu in future. Desserts are ALWAYS incredible, so do try those.
