A delightful and delicious place to grab a snack, enjoy a lunch or get together with friends. Greeted with a chorus of welcomes as we walked through the door, the staff here are friendly and helpful. I think they delighted in watching my kids excited faces as they had never seen a sushi train before. The food was varied in colours and flavours and every single thing was exquiste and professionally made. The place was clean and the vibe was happy and relaxed. We could have eaten way more but the growing pile of plates we had already sampled was beginning to look like the Leaning Tower of Pisa. Thankfully the prices are good! Delicious Japanese food! I have eaten here many times and never been disappointed. The staff are very friendly and welcoming. I enjoy both the sushi from the train and ordering off the menu. Some of my favourites are the torched salmon nigiri, gyoza and teriyaki chicken. It isn’t cheap but it’s good quality.

Really lovely staff! Very attentive. Nice to sit in and relax. More decadant sushi options coated in different sauces are available whenever i come in. I Always leave full and meals are a pretty good price. Plenty of deserts are available too. I have seen dumplings on the train too! Well worth a visit.

There is very friendly service. The range of dishes on offer are very extensive. The atmosphere is vibrant and the food is quite fresh with delectable taste and texture. This Japanese sushi train restaurant is in a convenient location and quite spacious.

Been there many times,the food was tasty, recommend the udon. If made to order,very fresh. The service was good and fast. Two reasons for three stars: one is that if you are going there with a baby stroller,then when you finish,you might be rushed by one senior staff taking your bill away before you finish packing,even not busy at the time. Two is that the same senior staff likes to round up the bill without asking, if he didn't do that, i would like to tip anyway, but the senior staff's rounding up habit is not very comfortable. Other staff are all very nice.

This was the very first sushi train I'd been to. It was a bit awkward to start, as I didn't know what to do, but once you get the hang of ordering hot food or special order sushi, it's so much fun! I love coming to Sushi Bay. The staff are friendly and I've had a fantastic variety of sushi here. Itadakimasu!
