Rang a huge order through which they succeeded in filling on time. The coffee was great and I'm fussy! The taste was strong (is there any other way to have it) and my work colleagues were much nicer and happier to me after I returned with the trays. This was naturally nothing to do with my own 'then' caffeine-d attitude. I'll be back Red Brick. What stopped you getting a 5 is that you all watched me walk to my car (in heels) and on a windy blustery day with 11 coffees when it would've taken 1 min to give me a hand.the cafe wasn't busy when I left either 😉

Great coffee and service, delicious pastries and pretty interior. I've been to Red Brick numerous times now and it's the little things - like the good quality magazines, native floral arrangements and staff remembering your name - that will keep me coming back.

Not being a coffee drinker, Red Brick wasn’t too high on my foodie list, but a friend invited me there for a catch up and so off I went. The brunch menu is actually quite good, with a few breakfasty options and a few lunchy options. I chose a classic fried egg and bacon roll ($10.90), mostly because it was served with kewpie mayonnaise! We sat inside, admiring the texta-art scene drawn on the wall, showing the local shops. I also drooled a bit over the danishes and pastries at the counter, but decided to be good. This time. The roll came out fairly quickly, and I was very happy to see

Generally good coffee and great food! Also a nice place to socialise with more than enough space to hang out with any number of friends up to say 8. Highly recommended especially for introverts to have alone time since the Telstra Wi-Fi hotspot is within access so you can enjoy your money coffee whilst surfing the net :)

Negative points have been applied due to the card surcharges which is completely unnecessary especially with many cafes offering the same service for free. 30 cents is enough to encourage to go elsewhere for price sensitive customers. Also, it would be a good look for their business, especially with millennials if they had better social media presence or customer engagements i.e. replying to the below customers and addressing any constructive criticism.

I was prepared to be disappointed, as I had high expectations of Red Brick from excellent reviews. I wasn't.
I had a Reuben sandwich which was tasty as hell and a chai latte.
I have had take away coffee that was burnt, but not so badly as to ruin it, so hoping that's a one off. Other comments from people with me have been coffee-positive.

Great coffee, love the lamb burger. The coffee here is always good - a lovely fragrant flavoursome coffee. I always enjoy the lamb burger with kewpie mayonnaise here although I'm not a fan of the pickled vegetables it's served with. Can I suggest they serve it with kim chi? It would go beautifully, and much tastier. I've had the tortillas which were a bit tasteless but I'll keep going back for the lamb

Cute little cafe! Very small menu, but food was ok. Coffee was really nice and actually I had 2, even that I usually drink only Campos. The service and baristas are great. Cafe have a nice homely feeling. Keep on posted on instagram.

Most of the really excellent coffee is roasted in Melbourne, but luckily enough we also have some decent roasters in Canberra. One of these is Red Brick Espresso in the suburb of Curtin. The three of us discovered the café on a whim. We were dining out at a Braddon restaurant when we noticed that they served a brand of coffee we had never heard of before. That wasn’t going to fly. The following week we sought out Red Brick for an early breakfast and a brand new coffee.

Ahh the joys of finding a new experience in Canberra! I got tipped off about  Red Brick Espresso by more than one person, so despite the out of the way location I decided to make a special trip out to the 'burbs in search of a good caffeine fix and it was more than worth the effort. Red Brick Espresso stands out as you drive past the Curtin shops because of the hipster milk crates outside the cafe in a suburban shopping strip that is anything but hipster otherwise. Inside it's warm and bathed in sunlight. Thank god, considering the Arctic-like temperatures and the howling wind outside!  It's a long narrow space; coffee machine and counter on one side, tables and benches on the opposite side and the coffee roaster and the "lab" on the far end. On a nice sunny day the outdoor tables are bound to be in very high demand.  The decor is a little bit retro and a little bit arty with the graffiti, exposed red brick wall (get it?) and retro furniture and serving plates. The vibe was just right;

Shhhh... don't tell anyone about this gem. Great coffee, and even better Bacon & Egg rolls, all at a good price. It can get a bit busy as the word is out about the friendly staff, great coffee and atmosphere. You can sit outside (if you dare in winter) all hours as a great COVID safety measure as the tables/chairs are well spaced. Enjoy. If this was useful, please like this review. Thanks.

So friendly, here I feel part of a family. Quick, smart, the youngsters bring a well prepared and tasty coffee with a cheery smile to us codger cyclists.. Sometimes it's more than a good coffee. Pastries are good too

My favourite coffee roaster in Canberra! The 'Rogue Coffee' blend is a must try for espresso drinkers.

Cute little coffee shop with a small but decent menu of food. Quite a few tables to sit out the front for a casual quick breaky. Quick service and meals well priced. Yummy baked good inside too. Able to make vegan some of the options. Mushroom toast with ago instead of egg was quite good

I had their bacon and egg roll for lunch and it was simply magic. The egg was perfectly cooked, the bacon spot on and the roll ever so fresh and light. An amazing yet simple delight! Thankyou guys!

Good for brekkies, bu the menu is limited. Inside the restaurant is well appointed, outside leaves much to be desired. See photo. Noise levels is comfortable. Service is promp.
